    @airtelindia worst decision i ever took, i facing a issue because of airtel black plan, i transferred my prepaid to postpaid, still i'm waiting for my broadband connection From the 23rd of this month (7 days)issue as soon as possible, even if I am not getting help from customer care?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I have never faced a more incompetent company than yours. Your customare care executives are rude and unhelpful. Your local store executives are useless and unhelpful. There is no place to help your customers. I feel sad i am one.

    @airtelindia Yeh kiska kaam hai? When paid for the Plan Recharge successful ka message bhi aa gaya par plan was not activated. And aaj tak aise 3 incident ho chuke hai. Shayad International Customer ke liye yeah Airtel nahi hai. Got poor service experience. Tell me what to do?

    @airtelindia I raised a broadband disconnecting request because I shifted to a different location. Why your customer care executives keeps calling me again and again for the same thing. Is this the way you handle customer requests? You guys have irritated me to the core.

    Everyone except @airtelindia has acknowledged and reverted. This is the real face of professionalism from a service provider who call themselves truly world class….#shame on u airtel. At least Acknowledge your fault and delay in resolution
