    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Can you resolve my area network problem i complain 8 times yet in 4 months i always get a reply our network team doing best for improving our network but nothing happing And tower location only 800 mtr. From my location If you can help #Airtel

    Airtel Airfiber ID 02222962504_wifi. - Useless Speed capped at 1.5-6 mbps. (Taloja, Mumbai) Wifi issue remains unresolved. No engineer visit. Last month has to change SIM. Being harassed with false promises for around 1 month now. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I raise a query today for internet issue, your guy calls me 3 days after to check on the query. If my internet is down, how would 3 day TAT be useful for me? Does the turnaround time even make sense to you???

    Worst decision ever - switching from Airtel to Jio. Network quality @JioCare is terrible and now I’m stuck for 90 days before I can port again. Huge regret. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’m coming back as soon as I can.
