@airtelindia What is the procedure for reapplying for the Airtel Sim, If the sim card is physically damage and the Authorised Person ( Uncle's) passed away. Have been visiting Airtel Store in Aligarh, but still couldn't find the proper solution to get the sim back.

Was a platinum member, had to just end the connection (hasn't ended from their end yet, being billed despite receiving confirmation on mail from them). Have written to the nodal officer too - to no avail though
