    @priyanshu720 @airtelindia Nothing new friend. This is the way of life for Airtel. Indeed the worst customer support, the most unresponsive. I am waiting the solution since 5th Oct 2021 for any resolve to my issue.

    @airtelindia From 8th Jan'22 onwards I've placed a request to upgrade my fiber speed up to 200 MBPS, for which I have received only the Assurance's & expected time of resolution i.e. 4/24/48 Hrs. Like that, some says that they have escalated the case to get it resolved.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My 83 years old uncle who stays alone, his Airtel sim is not working. He cannot visit Airtel store and due to current situation, it is not possible to go out. I request to kindly arrange for SIM replacement in these tough times. Please help.
