Chandrakanta Zutshi (@Moon_Zutshi) reported@Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia Airtel keeps making recharges more expensive while removing affordable plans. Customers are already dealing with network issues, and now they’re being asked to pay even more. At some point, people will simply start looking for better value elsewhere. And that's @reliancejio 👍

Chandrasekar V S (@vsc1590) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I raised a request for changing my connection from postpaid to prepaid. You guys marked the request completed without changing anything. If that is the way you operate, I can change my network. I don’t want to be part of this.

Shiv Kumar Yadav (@ShivYadav2301) reported@airtelindia @airtelindia I have repeatedly raised a genuine complaint regarding non-functioning services, yet instead of addressing the issue, I keep receiving the same automated response demanding payment of the outstanding dues. My question remains unanswered...

𝙰𝚍𝚒𝚝𝚢𝚊 𝚂𝚒𝚗𝚐𝚑 (@Aadi_axo) reported@airtelindia My experience with Airtel Xstream Fiber has been extremely disappointing. I paid ₹1,500 on 9 August 2026 for a broadband connection. The payment was successful, KYC and document verification were completed, but the connection was never installed or activated. My Airtel app has been showing “Installation In Progress” since 9 August, and the service has still not been provided. I have repeatedly contacted Airtel customer support to cancel the booking and refund my ₹1,500. However, I am not getting a proper resolution or even a clear SR/Service Request number. I have already shared my booking details with Airtel Cares through DM, but my refund is still not being processed. This has been a very frustrating experience. I paid for a service that was never installed, and now I am having to repeatedly follow up just to get my money back. @airtelindia Please cancel my booking, process my full ₹1,500 refund to the original payment method, and provide me with the SR number and refund timeline. @TRAI please take note of this grievance.

NAPOLEON BONAPARTE! (@DanzelAlex) reported@TrueTaleTech @airtelindia Totally agree with you! It is highly frustrating to pay ₹3599 and still have to do a ₹39 top-up just to finish daily tasks. Many users face this exact issue where 'unlimited 5G' is restricted by a 300GB hidden fair usage policy cap or unstable tower switching.
