@airtelindia team I have complaint multiple times on slowness issue when we connect AWS, however still issue exists and also confirmed multiple user getting affected by this issue. Also noticed that when I connected other networks it works fine so would request take necessary.

@airtelindia I have opted for postpaid on Saturday, the result - it’s not activated yet and my prepaid already expired. No response from the team yet. Pls suggest to cancel postpaid, wil continue with prepaid, n later port out

@airtelindia please find the service request number 7857 9151, when they want sales directly call 15 to 20 times in a day and if you are in problem or request for service, they are not ready to listen. Even you didn’t get options to talk call centre people.

@Airtel_Presence Frequent failure of my Fibre Connection of @airtelindia with A/c no. is 7039799714 has become very usual. Even after my repeated complaints in respect of connectivity problem occurred on 29/01/23, no resolution provided. This is lethargic behaviour. Shame #airtel

@airtelindia I placedmy order fiberon 27th Jan but till now no postive response is coming from Airtel. Neither did your technician pick up the phone nor could I talk to your technical support, wasted my whole two days. Still no confirmation whether connection will be made or not
