    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel. We are costumer of airtell since 10 years but we are getting worst interner speed in our city. We are paying money for 4G but not getting speed even 1G Kindly solve problem asp.

    @airtelindia Team, I DM'ed you my Airtel numbers. I can help with many other Airtel numbers. Everyone is facing the same issue in my area. Good internet speed is just a myth here.

    @airtelindia @TheOfficialSBI I have recharged my number with an sms pack but still the sms verification for YONO SBI app is not happening. Please look into it. Yono SBI app got logged out on its own and I am not able to login into it again. Kindly take care..

    @airtelindia I am trying to remove my child number since 2 days from family plan and your customer care officers are unable to do the same.Every new day they are asking to pay new bill. It's continuously 2 days I'm paying bill. Now I want to port from Airtel, Im done with your services and your incapable customer care officer. The most recent one was super useles person, he was sleeping on call and saying you have to pay every day as he can't help me

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been dealing with a network issue since the past 2 days and the airtel customer support Is pathetic can’t even get through a call and after raising a ticket the solution answer is after 20 days ?? What kind of horrible service is this ?

    Dear @airtelindia, Jio has had 5G in my area for nearly 2 years, while Airtel still has only 4G. Even the 4G is unusably slow every evening. My complaint was marked "resolved," but the issue remains. If this isn't fixed, my family will port all 3 numbers to Jio. #NetworkIssue

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelbank I'm being charged for my wifi service unfairly when I've already disconnected it ! The automated responses just won't let me talk to a human, my bill is still being generated, email id not helping it either ! Tf should I do !!

    @airtelbank @airtelindia @RBI HOW THE HELL IS ONE SUPPOSED TO USE THE BALANCE IF YOU HAVE BLOCKED THE BALANCE? METRO GATES DO NOT OPEN. ATM WITHDRAWAL ISNT WORKING. BANKING POINTS CANT HELP. SPENT 4.5K IN OLA FOR FIXING THIS BUT STILL SAME STATUS. JUST TAKE THE BALANCE AND FIX IT.

    Disappointed with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Promoted "Fast Lane 5G" network slicing for postpaid users, but reality is a complete crawl. Fulfilling all criteria but struggling with zero/poor 5G coverage at my location. Complaints raised, zero resolution.
