Very weak network provided by @airtelindia in jharsuguda and Bargarh of Odisha. I think it's better to switch over other network.

@airtelindia I just wanted to inform you that Bangalore south - Kanakpura Road is having outage today and it was yesterday also. No notifications for this outage and after calling customer care also concern is not addressed. Pathetic customer support and worst exp.

@excitel_rocks i applied for excitel broadband service , the service man came and took the money from me saying it will be installed by tomorrow it has been more than 2 week nor he is refunding the amount nor installing it . Worst service ever . Should have gone for @airtelindia

@airtelindia I had the worst experience with Xtream broadband connection ID: 01244261376. Took my money but did not install router despite multiple calls. The representative made me take rs.999 pack, which was unavailable in my area. Refund my money. @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia One of worst Decision is to choose Airtel as your Service Provider. Please subscribe to other Service available in Market currently. Customer Service team and Escalation team is worst than BSNL customer service.
