    Very weak network provided by @airtelindia in jharsuguda and Bargarh of Odisha. I think it's better to switch over other network.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 3/5 We did exactly that: cleared the final bill and paid ₹300 for a new SIM. Today your customer care called to ask why I had closed the connection. The advisor confirmed a change of ownership IS possible the store had misinformed us.

    Never take metro card from @airtelindia they are fraud. I lost my metro card and blocked on @airtelbank app , I had balance above 400rs. I took new card from them and hoping to get balance transferred but they refused to transfer it saying it will be transferred after 5 years when my card will be expired. I already blocked the card but they don’t have intention to transfer my money. It’s open robbery with customer. @jagograhakjago

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your services getting worsen day by day. Wifi almost everyweek out.. and when raised complaint, engg said he will come after 3-4 days. Whats a bullshit. Thinking to shift to other and sue on you

    1/2 ,Even after recharging with an unlimited pack, I am unable to use unlimited data once my daily 2GB quota is exhausted. This is happening despite my phone constantly showing a 5G network signal and running on the latest updated software version. @airtelindia @TRAI

    If I turned on my mobile hotspot while using @airtelindia #Unlimited5G service will you allow to use it via hotspot until 300GB/Month limit or whenever I turned on hotspot and connect my laptop it will be deducted from my 4G data pack? Give me a clear view on it

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What's seems like @airtelindia is doing very good business and dont need more and is ok to let customer go away. Where is your promise of listening to customer gone. Additionally, you need to relook at the skill set of your customer service desk..they need an upgrade.
