    Very weak network provided by @airtelindia in jharsuguda and Bargarh of Odisha. I think it's better to switch over other network.

    Five straight days with no Wi-Fi from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews As a Black customer, I expected better support, but this has been the exact opposite. Forget the word “premium” there have been no follow-up calls, no technician visits, and still no resolution. This level of service is simply unacceptable.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down since the morning of 10 July 2026. I've called customer care twice with no support, the Airtel Thanks app won't let me register a service request, service is extremely poor and unacceptable.

Or is it that I’ll be required to file a complaint in consumer court. Because I’m trying to close the connection for the past 1 year and Airtel is making me run from pillar to post.
