    @airtelindia I am very disappointed with ur CX care they are very rude and wantedly disconnecting call. One agent "Madhur" he is so rude on call and He is saying y the hell I care for customer. It clearly shows how irresponsible airtel is for their CX. He disconnected call now

    @Airtel_Presence @AwanishSharan Past 2 years I have been complaining about network issue in our village. But @airtelindia didn't took any complaint sincerely ... And you know what happened.. Many of villagers turned towards other telecom services. Kindly take your customers issue seriously.

    @airtelindia reaching your customer care over phone is almost impossible. Calling 121 does not help and it doesn't accept the option that I should be selecting for my issue. I even wrote mails to customer care with my issue, but has not received any response. How pathetic!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst Internet network in the City like pune. I m paying 900 per month and I will get 10kbps speed in my house and most of the location in pune.if you don't have capacity to serve the customer then why you give connection.
