Very weak network provided by @airtelindia in jharsuguda and Bargarh of Odisha. I think it's better to switch over other network.

@Pawanshri01 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence this is so true, they are so unfriendly to elderly. almost no support for someone not tech savvy, Call centre number down half the time, app is useless and of half use. no comparison with jio.. branding is good unfortunately all fluff.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please ensure broadband connection stays stable. Evry two days the signal is going off. Your engineers take an entire day to respond. And the worst support ever. Not a single person responds. Contacted over a dozen people over the last one week.

@airtelindia It doesn't matter when you have the worst service in the world or when your technician do not have the decency to talk. I've been with you guys for more than 10 years now, bill payment mangte hue apke call roz ate hai, but when it comes to customer service YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST.
