    @airtelindia Hi i am facing too much network issue. I am not able to open any page because of network issue. I never switched to another network but if this problem continue then definitely I have to switch to another company.

    @Airtel_Presence 7 days is "some time" for you!!! Great going for a Telecom Giant Airtel. Data/Internet Speed a basic facility isn't getting resolved by u all.     @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia promising seamless service but acting like #Moody_ji. Stop boasting, improve service. We are paying for 4g not for 2g. If can't provide services refund the amount for the day you are worst.

    Request your assistance with the cellular network in Jai Prakash Nagar, Near Denobili School CMRI. Network quality has degraded to such levels that it would really putb your patience to test. Multiple call drops, EDGE instead of 4G. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia I've called your helpline 7 times so far to get my broadband connection fixed since 10am today and I've gotten absolutely no resolution, every call is being put on hold & nobody has reached out to me. This is such disappointing shoddy service.

    @airtelindia Very poor service by your team I Preetam Singh had paid and requested for Airtel Fiber connection to Anoop in Delhi.He informed that within 2hours the installation guy will come,but I waited for 2-3 days and later the guy didn't even pick up my call and ignoring still not done.

    @lubhit__01 @airtelindia I am experiencing the same. In my case they reverified all docs and then made lame excuses. They have poor customer database management system.

    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I applied for a new postpaid sim with prime, disney hotstar and other privileges. After claiming the prime subscription privilege. I was not able to access prime.
