    @airtelindia this is very harassing that I have talk with MR UTTAM, MR MANISH, BHVIKA ANKIT AND ISHI.....NOBODY HAS THE RESOLVE MY ISSUE MR MANISH SAID ME THAT CUSTOMER IS STUPID, STRANGE... I HAVE LEFT WITH NO CHOICE BUT TO FILE A SUIT AGAINST YOU FOR THIS HARASSMENT.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Being an #AirtelBlack customer, I am unable to reach Airtel Black team via 121. Forced to talk to AI bots, long IVRs & NO direct option for Airtel Black. Even Airtel Thanks app chat is useless. This is pure harassment & wasting customers’ time @TRAI
