    @airtelindia shittiest customer service Its been 3 TOP UP recharges , recharge is done via airtel app , money is paid , EVEN TEXT msg is recieved , yet the balance shows rs 3.14 Happening since yesterday have recharged 3 times , same condition, same balance @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence Hi @airtelindia tried sending DM and raising requestsets but nothing. It is such a disappointing service that you guys provide and even you chatbot is lame and waste. Still the service is not restored and engineers are saying they are unable to fix it.

    @reliancejio @airtelindia My jio no. is currently not working. Jio says the number has been ported to Airtel, but I never requested any porting. Please verify and confirm which telecom operator currently has my number active and provide the MNP/porting status. Details in DM

    @Airtel_Presence My Airtel wifi is not working from 12 days , every time I call service center,they will always say we will escalate on priority but no technician is assigned to solve my Home wifi issue,it been 12 days with no wifi Service request ID: 11037206881 @airtelindia

    A tower has been installed in Rampur Chandrasaini, Bhadrauli, Bah, Agra, but it is practically of no use. The network is extremely poor and often doesn’t work at all. Even after the tower installation, 5G service has not been launched here yet. Please inspect @airtelindia

    @TRAI @airtelindia @JioCare SMS Service must remain active atleast for 15 days post recharge expiry. This is essential for bank, upi and other OTP based verifications. Someone might even need OTP to recharge and this becomes a dead end.
