    Very disappointed with @airtelindia. I’m being charged extra on my existing ₹1,199 Wi-Fi plan due to an error at your end, as confirmed by your representative. Customer care keeps looping me through automated calls, and @Airtel_Presence hasn’t replied. Please resolve this urgently.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio Both your customer support, stores and appellate are useless. I ported my sim from jio to airtel. Jio says sim has been disconnected and airtel says it is still in jio. No one is taking responsibility and just passing it to the other. It has been 7 days

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, my Wi-Fi has been DOWN for over 24 HOURS! Continuous fake promises of "restoration in 5-6 hours" while my professional work is completely ruined. I demand immediate restoration & compensation for loss of work!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence A few days ago, my mobile data suddenly became unusable. Full 5G signal ✅ Calls working perfectly ✅ But download speed dropped to ~380 Kbps. YouTube couldn't even play videos at 240p.
