sandeep choudhary (@is__sandy) reported@airtelindia my yearly plan expired 2 days ago and today you’ve blocked ALL incoming calls & SMS. As per TRAI norms, incoming should stay active for a grace period post-expiry. This is unacceptable, resolve this matter immediately. @airtelindia this feels customer exploitation.

If the customer has already recharged, the system should check the active plan before sending another recharge message. Good communication should make things clear, not confusing.
