  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Airtel is not able to provide Wi-Fi and data network and even DTH at Alipore, Kolkata-700027. Airtel is charging full rental value and service charges from consumer. Childrens are not able to take online classes. It’s a criminal offence by Airtel. TRAI should take duo moto cognisance and impose penalty or suspend license till Airtel improves the connectivity . Airtel have to spend on Infrastructure, setting of fibre optics , boosters etc.

  It's 7:15pm. Airtel's outrageous service hasn't been able to fix the outage even though they promised it will be fixed by 6pm. Now they are saying their backend team will get back to me around 11am tomorrow. I had lodged the complain on 23/7 at 11:30am! @airtelindia shameful.

  @airtelindia There is only one single line of network in my area from last few weeks when it’s gonna be resolve my number is postpaid now I want to adjust those in my next billing.

  @airtelindia i have successfully completed my number port from Airtel to Jio due to worts customer care services. Machine will not resolve the problem. Human also needed to hear and understand the problem.

  @airtelindia should give up on providing DTH services as their signals go off with the slightest of drizzles while other service providers perform without any hinderance. Repeated complains go unheard without any follow up.

  I had recharged 899 unlimited 5G Plan but 5G unlimited doesn't work. only 2GB daily limit working... It's a fraud , it's not airtel, it's a chortel...😡😡😡 @airtelindia
