  @airtelindia Paid ₹500 on 16 Aug for IPTV Order 612830290, but after 6 days there's still no installation. Customer care keeps giving false assurances, and emails to 121/Nodal Officer have gone unanswered. Please resolve immediately, or I'll switch to another provider.
