    AIRTEL is not a service provider, but a pathetic excuse to loot people's money ... 72 hours and connectivity in wifi. Useless AI bots not letting you speak to customer service executive and when you manage to reach one,the executive is pathetic and more useless @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Facing a broadband outage for 10 days now with No resolution despite 20+ calls to customer care.Request Number: 10982855586 I've been with Airtel for 20 years and have never experienced this level of service failure. I am posting here to get a solution fast

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unbelievable to see such unprofessionalism in customer care from your end. I have been trying to reach out for my 5G issues and no one bothers to help me out. I will now take legal routes to solve this matter. This is horrendous.
