This is very disappointing that the well established and known firm @airtelindia don’t have any solutions for Airtel WiFi connectivity since 8AM. I connected with the support team and they’re still figuring out the connection issue. Pls take a look asap @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence What a shame, @airtelindia asking for visiting charges for its own defective set-top box which is still under warranty. Warranty means everything is covered till the next 6 months. Its your box which is having an issue within the warranty period, its your lookout
