    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very poor, simply pathetic connectivity in Jhajjar city. Go anywhere and Airtel sucks. Can you tell how Jio is able to provide so good 4G here but you can't

    @airtelindia This is unacceptable. My recharge expired just one day ago, and you've already blocked my incoming calls. That's unfair to loyal customers. If this is how Airtel treats its users, I'll have no option but to switch to another network. #Airtel #Recharge #Telecom

    Hello @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I purchased 2 SIM from your app, money was deducted; however, no further updates were received. When I called customer care they asked me to contact local store, when I visited local store they asked me to contact customer care.

    Your area manager even asked for the service OTP before fixing the issue, which I refused to share. How can complaints be closed without resolving them? Why am I paying for a service I can’t use? Please arrange an immediate technician visit and investigate this. @airtelindia
