    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very poor, simply pathetic connectivity in Jhajjar city. Go anywhere and Airtel sucks. Can you tell how Jio is able to provide so good 4G here but you can't

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia not paying for this nonsense service every month. Resolution must be done the same day as new services r installed the same day. But no, make us wait, delay fixing it and give excuses. Not even able to catch whether its iptv or wifi issue.

    @airtelindia I have some issues with your prepaid connection.. whenever I am trying to contact customer care, only recorded hindi voice is there. Why regional language or atleast English not available? Is there any way to choose language.. completely frustrated

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel Xstream WiFi SSID is not showing on my Smart TV at all,but all our neighbours' Airtel networks are visible and working fine on the same TV. Multiple times we have compliant but no resolution yet. Highly disappointed with your service.

    This issue has been ongoing for 2–3 months with no resolution. Data is getting wasted and calls are affected. If not resolved within 48 hours with a timeline, I will file a complaint with TRAI and escalate further. Kindly treat this as urgent. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia i am unable to do incoming/outgoing calls since 4pm today. Internet was working till 9pm Now there’s no network at all. Please fix it ASAP. I do not have any alternate number.

    @airtelindia Your internet connectivity is very poor in dense areas, especially in high-rise buildings. On the other hand, if we move to open areas like roads, it works fine. So I suggest that during internet connectivity testing, you should ask your employees to perform tests

    @airtelindia I have recharged,data top up for 1.5GB at 1.23 pm today and the data credited was 625MB why? I tried calling CC they saying they will check n issue will get resolved which I am sure will not be so n my network n connectivity is good but still the unlimited 5g is scam
