I laughed when I first saw your ad with ambition to bring down complaints to zero. But in last couple of months I lodged 3 complaints, installed Airtel Xstream and was completely amazed by efficiency and turnaround time to resolve complaints. Way to go guys. Gr8 work @airtelindia
