I tried to stop flash messages (Class 0) messages as it is not letting me authenticate some apps which require no screen refresh. I could not do it from your service menu. Tried contacting customer care. They were unable to guide me too even after repeatedly asking to help me out as I am not able to do it from my end on an iPhone. I think now I will have to port my number.

Have been registering complaint for bad network daily , every morning 7am I get text "we tried connecting you, since you didn't pick the call we have closed the ticket" Not a single miss call, this time I called the assigned mechanic bugger was sleeping still at 8 am and still that auto trigger sms. Totally hate thos duopolies of **** customer service
