    @airtelindia I have not seen worst app and customer service of any company till now. Absolutely zero connection with customer . You tell customer to go to nearest Airtel outlets for small things. Do you think your customer is free and has nothing to do in his life .

    @airtelindia I’ve been facing serious issues with my Airtel WiFi & SIM for the last 6 months. Despite countless calls, emails & tickets: I’m put on hold I keep getting new “promise dates” But zero actual resolution this is unacceptable. I need this fixed, not postponed.
