    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my broadband hasn't been working for two days now. I registered a complaint online but received no reply. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I moved to Airtel for its prompt and quick service. I hope to witness the same.

    @airtelindia Neither, internet is working, nor I'm able to talk to customer care, You'r IVR menu also doesn't work as per pressed key. No one is responsive over Twitter DM After all this, do you expect customer to stay and not to switch to other telecom No doubt, Jio is better!

    I don’t for what reason @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is harassing there customers.First of all my broadband was not showing 5g network then it stopped working got a message that for some reason it is not working a technician will be coming to fix now it there is no broadband.
