    @airtelindia don’t know how to build software and support. Your app is a nightmare which can’t even accept payments when we want to pay and your support agents getting caught in the cross fire. Seriously hire some engineers and fix the garbage app and please fire your IT partner

    @TRAI What about the minimum recharge plan of ₹99 every month to keep the SIM active. What about unnecessary increase of tarriff plans/ tarriff hikes by @JioCare @airtelindia & #vi despite network is degrading day by day. I don't wanna use data, only need voice recharge with (1/2)

    @airtelindia Broadband connectivity has been worst over the past few days- yesterday there was maintenance from 9 am to 4 pm(on a Monday). Today, there it shows connected, no internet. It says to diagnose in the app and everything seems fine there but no internet!
