Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I raised a request for Airtel broadband connection on 22 Aug, made the payment on 23 Aug. Your engineer did the wiring on 23rd Aug but till now I have not got the router. I feel like I have done a mistake trying to switch to Airtel. Please help!

Problem continues for 2nd day…and no one from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has bothered to get in touch with us…and they are boasting of #AirtelBlack being a one point solution. Good I did not rely on these jokers to provide connectivity at my office and chose a trusted ISP.

@airtelindia one guy called my father and said that we can’t install it. May I know what kind of professionalism is that, are you guys even training your employees about how to deal with anything. I’m really fed up with the service (which I didn’t get yet, only paid for it).
