@airtelindia whenever I visit a Airtel store for any issue related to my prepaid sim. The only solution that customer service executive gives is to pay 50 rupees and get a new sim card.

@JioCare @reliancejio terrible International roaming and cust care experience with Jio. Even after opting for IR pack for Rs. 5751, you have charged me in the monthly bill as well. Moreover no Jio network in Seoul. thanks @airtelindia your IR network and billing is seamless.

@airtelindia horrible customer service by them. My broadband service is interrupted for last 3 days but thrs no one to connect to. Service agent's numbers as well aren't working. Plz think twice before installing the fibre connection
