@LAYS @airtelindia You guys are fooling customer by giving 2gb data copoun in every pack offer because u guys never mentioned anywhere that only 3copouns could be redeemed on a number..Now when I am unable to redeem the customer service is coming up with this rule...

They give u sim at ur doorstep and then ask to travel miles coz their incompetent team can’t fix small issues. #airtel #pathetic #customerexperience

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Team still no resolution, just getting scripted replies. Very disappointing very bad service. I am getting rid of all the airtel connections in my home. Trust me, pathetic service.
