In the customer care, you have not provided any option to talk to customer care executive directly. It's just ivrs numbers being popped up and I have never found a solution.

Even after registering for complete dnd in the app and official @TRAI app, I still receive a minimum of 8-9 spam calls everyday. On the other hand the same service in jio is working perfectly. Don't know where it's going wrong.
