    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it’s been 3 days, already spent 2 hours on call waiting and speaking to call enter and another 2 hours with installation agent. However the person refuses to install. May be as I’m existing black customer and company has no interest serving exusting

    @airtelindia .what the hell type of service you are providing!. last 3 days I am begging to shift my wifi connection, made multiple calls to customer care but no technician even contacted me. Every time I am getting new timeline. better to shut my wifi & port postpaid connections

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed. I’ve already emailed, but no response. Paid ₹1,500, installation is still incomplete, and no one is attending the issue. Request ID: 01244698473. Resolve it or refund my money.

    Dear @AirtelIndia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence, Internet has been unusable since morning. Signal is visible, but speed feels like 50–60 kbps. Complaint already raised on the Airtel Thanks app (SR: C5PTD3DEL20260801587126), yet no resolution provided. Please fix this urgently.

    @airtelindia When will I get resolution? Why is the old connection still active inspite of router and DTH box collected??? Why I’m getting charged for this?

    @TRAI @airtelindia 2/2 off At 10 pm and open at next day around 11 am now today onwards 2 august at 1:45 am the services again go complete blackout kindly look into the same and do the needful the hrs which are wasted are our paid hrs under the recharge we purchased

    If I recharged with 399 with. Unlimited data and not get network .. complaint to 198 after @airtelindia says your issue solved after 10 days 14days go that's why @reliancejio growths

    @airtelindia what's going on? My internet suddenly stopped working. Even though I'm getting full 5G network,the speed is only 50–60 KB/s. Everyone else's internet at my home is working fine, but mine isn't. I also tried calling customer care, but there was no response. #airtel

    Unacceptable Airtel network quality in Malegaon 423212. Complete blackout multiple times a day. We pay full recharge amounts but get zero connectivity. If this network issue isn't resolved within 24 hours, we will mass-port MNP to another operator! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    I am still waiting for a resolution regarding my ₹348 recharge plan issue. It has been quite some time, and I haven't received any proper update. Please look into this urgently and fix my plan benefits as promised in the app. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI
