    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @airtelindia, there are two issues with the Airtel Business account. Once the service is suspended due to non payment of the bill on time, you need another internet service to make the payment. At least Airtel website should be allowed to use.

    Dear Airtel Team, @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I would like to bring to your notice an issue regarding the Airtel Priority Postpaid feature on my Airtel postpaid connection. The Airtel Priority Postpaid service was previously working properly on my device. To verify the issue, I tested the same SIM card on a Samsung Galaxy A34 5G, where the feature is functioning without any problems. However, on my Google Pixel 7, the Airtel Priority Postpaid option is not working or is showing that the phone is not supported. Please note that both devices are running the latest Android 16 version. Since the service works on the Samsung device but not on the Pixel 7, I request you to investigate this issue and provide a resolution at the earliest. Kindly coordinate with Google and work together to get this issue resolved as soon as possible, as it appears to be a compatibility issue specific to the Pixel 7 device. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my end. Thank you.

    @airtelindia i really frustrated with your customer support specially for wifi services it has been down since 1day and no one is connecting to me and fix this in area sector 85 bptp park elite floor E block. As a brand can you take little ownership and improve your services?

    @airtelindia The new customer service agent when called by the user cannot see the description/issue of the complaint raised by the previous agent, due to which the user has to explain everything once again. This wastes the users time and causes delayed resolution

    @TRAI An open alert to all to all @airtelindia post paid users travelling abroad. Even if by chance your data is on when you switch on the phone or change it from airplane mode as soon as you get the welcome to xyz country message from @airtelindia and the local provider details the next message was that since I did not have a international roaming pack on and had reached the daily limit of non roaming pack use they had activated a pack of ₹824 and odd paise. After communicating with different names the standard reply was “we are looking into the matter and will get back to you”. Nearly a month now and now I have received the bill with the ₹824 showing as outstanding dues. Frankly with the attitude of the operators and the reluctance of authorities to take any action am not very hopeful of any kind of resolution.
