Despite calling your customer care support more than 30 times since few days. My issue is not resolved. Everytime I am assured that my complaint has been escalated to higher priority and the issue will be resolved within 4 working hours. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

I am pissed off from your support. Request you to please waive off the charges from my bill for 10 days consumption. I talked to one of your supervisor and I was assured that 10 days charge will be deducted. If not then I'll not pay bill. SHAME..!! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

When I call customer care about current issue, they just keep on saying it would be resolved soon. I am hearing same words from last 30 hours. Didn’t expect this from Airtel

@airtelindia my sim suddenly got inactive even though I have an active plan. Its been 28 hours without service. When I contacted customer service they say that it'll take 4 hours to restore service. This is certainly not acceptable. Who'll pay for lost work?
