  @free_rider @airtelindia We're you able to get the amount back? I also have to get my advance back, its been an year since I got my account closed. Is there anyone who can help? After so many mails the result seems to be zilch. I am thinking of filing a complaint in the consumer court.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i know your mobile network service is not good but your wifi(airtel fiber) is worse, half of the time it doesn't even work. I'm just done with your service I'm surely gonna switch my sim and broadband to @JioCare . Disappointed 👎🏻

  @airtelindia hey airtel. Ive been trying to switch broadband plan from ₹799/month to ₹499/month but it is literally impossible to do it from airtel thanks app. Tried calling customer care and even that was automated and did not help. Ive tried looking for ways to cancel
