    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia Consider this my official notice to cancel my Airtel Wi-Fi connection. After dealing with your absolutely useless customer service and wasting my time explaining the same issue repeatedly to people at your call centre, I’ve had enough. This is not how you treat paying customers. I will be discontinuing my Airtel Wi-Fi service and, as far as I’m concerned, you won’t be getting another rupee from me. Consider this my final notice. I’m done with Airtel.

    Airtel internet has been down for the last 2–3 hours in several parts of Ranchi, causing serious inconvenience to people. What’s more concerning is that this has been happening repeatedly for the past several months, with internet outages almost every week. @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia do i still have to recharge my number to talk with your customer support executive at 121 after having recharged my mobile with 1099 ? Yesterday I tried to talk with executive but my call is denied... Pathetic

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi is not working since yesterday. First it was to be restored by 2:00 pm 19 Aug, now update to be provided by 7:30 pm 19 Aug. There is no point asking customer for slot. When is it going to be restored as the work is getting severely impacted.

    @airtelindia i requested to make my e sim convert into physical sim and this service charges is 50rs but in your service centre took 140 rs this and I have no option to do anything so I paid 140rs now I need my 90rs back

    What scam is this @airtelindia? There was NO network at all today in Morabadi, Ranchi since 1 PM. I did a 5G recharge but still face 4G issues daily. This is a high priority area in the city. And customer care is just a useless AI loop. Pathetic service. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Facing Airtel broadband issues for the past few months. Service is worse than a local provider but bills are premium. Even after multiple complaints, you’re not taking it seriously. What’s the use of paying so much? Better to switch. #airtel #scam
