And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even though i am airtel black customer relocation in the same colony is not happening 2 complaints have been raised and not a single engineer is willing to take it up and assigning it to someone else. Need someone 2 complete the job urgently.

@airtelindia I am saying this after having three airtel and one jio connection in my premises for three years. Pathetic.. jio is better anyday. They cheat a little bit on speed but service is spectacular . Airtel is jungle raj no service total time waste.
