And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

Technically it's false FIR But, I found this to be quicker than dealing with their customer care EXECUTIVE Had damaged my Airtel SIM while swapping. Their executive kept me waiting for a week. Was hell bent on selling me new SIM FIR route worked like a charm

@airtelindia My Airtel Prepaid no 9109139007 not working since 5 days without any prior notice. validity-june 2022. i already complained to cust care and airtel office too but i am not satisfied by their response as they advised to take new sim and are not sure about validity.

@airtelindia very poor services of xtream Fiber. Approx 15 days had gone still installation not done by the company. Already transfer the amount but no response from customer care.
