Friends plz do not use Airtel and especially their postpaid pkgs above 2k as u’ll b duped and bluntly looted. For 2 months since I upgraded my pkg, I haven’t received proper signal and till date they haven’t resolved it yet @airtelindia @consumerforum_ @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am always getting senseless replies to the DM. It's been more than a month and the only thing everyday different people reach out just to say reinsert the sim. Guyss I tried 1000 times and it doesn't work. I am sick and tired of this.

@DishTV_India Worst service after sale. No one bother to get the installation done. I'm trapped to all the false promises. Rude sales executive, no help on customer care. Better to go with @airtelindia for better service. Atleast they care and value their customers.

@airtelindia I am very disappointed with the customer service. I am having a hard time getting a good connectivity at my hometown. I logged multiple service request that are automatically closed without any resolution and no contact person to report such kind of issues.
