How many times i should contact @airtelindia customer care, one says they have seen the changes which are made by your agent, other says that they have not updated, is it fun? or do you not make any records for customer concerns? Is it simple to say like this?

I recharged 301 rupee pack for 50GB data service. But it's been just 4 days. I didn't even used the data completely. Now the Airtel app showing 0mb balance. Do something. @airtelindia
