@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia atleast be prompt enough to reply to the tweet or the message in your inbox which I have sent. When similar wifi related issue had occured on 2nd June 2021, you had got back to me TWO days later. This is not the kind of service that is expected.

@airtelindia Claiming leading network provider isn’t enough. I wanted to purchase a new sim and raised 3 requests to deliver to my house. Today your support agent via DM asked me to visit a store 20km from my house just to get a SIM card. Is this what you call a customer service?
