And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

I would advise everyone for not using Airtel service, specially broadband. They will take all personal documents and not activate committed service. Seems like documents are misused somewhere else which is very serious. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia you are looting to all prepaid customers, I recharged with 49 ta pack ,but still I can’t send any sms to anyone. When I contact with customer care he said for sending sms I need to recharge any unlimited pack which is 129 or more .Good bye Airtel #byeairtel

@airtelindia It is really shameful to see the service of airtel india. Pathetic and poor service given by airtel customer executive. I visited to thane gallery near station. I got worst service from executive Sneha kirtikar and her manager pranavati hiwade.
