    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @airtelindia is running a scam where if you have an active unlimited plan and recharge with another unlimited plan of different amount, both plan becomes active which means customer has to pay double for the same call. Worst is that customer care is very arrogant...

    Airtel in our area has become increasingly unreliable due to frequent network failures nd poor signal. It's really disappointing. Airtel is no longer the dependable network it once was. If this issue isn't resolved soon, I'll be switching to another network provider.@airtelindia

    Have been using two @airtelindia Premium Postpaid connections, but the experience of reaching customer care is absolutely terrible. For a premium service, the customer support is deeply disappointing. What’s the point of paying more if you can’t even speak to a representative.
