    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    Dear Airtel Payments Bank, Need urgent help regarding balance mismatch. Attached screenshots clearly show a discrepancy: • Airtel Thanks app balance: ₹593.99 • SMS available balance after last transaction: ₹1206.96 Missing amount: ₹612.97 No debit SMS received after 7:37 AM.     @scribe9104 @airtelindia Anupam ji , I have been in corporate life for my full career. The changes which I am now observing that the service department of most of the Indian companies are not up to the mark. Most of them have an automated system for receiving complaints which is really painful.

    My Airtel internet was not working since 2 Apr. After multiple follow-ups, engineer visit, and service closure request, Airtel collected the router and DTH in May.Still, I am getting bills for black. Correct the bill and refund the extra payment @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @AirtelXtream I've contacted Airtel Customer Care almost every day. I've spoken to the Senior Desk 6 times and the Senior Manager once. Every call ended with another promise, but not a single one resulted in a resolution.

    @airtelindia how do i cancel my airtel wifi ? the internet does not work 2 days a week, there is no way to talk to a human representative, wifi is down during most work hours and i have to rely on cellular data to get **** done.

    Very bad experience with Jio network recently. Dondi, Chhattisgarh me pichle kuch din se internet aur calling ka bahut issue hai. @JioCare @reliancejio kab tak fix hoga ye issue? Kindly resolve this ASAP! Or else I have to switch to @airtelindia
