@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's very unfortunate to see the irresponsible behavior and attitude of Airtel Customer executives. In spite of putting across the timings for and alternate they failed in sorting the issues. Then why you all ask for time and let people wait?

@airtelindia no broadband in Greater Noida Sigma 2 and no fiber provision. The personal hotspot service and 4G data plan are not working. Cannot talk to customer care. You have done away with the option.

@airtelindia please look into Internet services. It has gone bad and consumers now have no access to direct talking with customer care. I made a complaint yesterday and I got a message that it will take 15 days to correct the problem.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence "BLACK" or white, is not going to help till the time u dont improve your services. A DTH connection SR of Xtreme BOX ( best as u say) is pending since 4 days and u expect customer to upgrade and continue to be with u. Your so called platinum customer
