Pur Data couta is there and if you open the data service On no 4g,3g,2g, non of the G is connecting. And your customer service is not a customer service it is Boat service.

They doesn't enable VOLTE by default. Their customer support is useless. Their chatbot doesn't understand the issue and provide generic responses.

My @airtelindia SIM is connected to the network and the internet is working but when someone is calling at my number it's showing either switched off or nothing. When I am calling someone, it's not getting connected.
