    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's very unfortunate to see the irresponsible behavior and attitude of Airtel Customer executives. In spite of putting across the timings for and alternate they failed in sorting the issues. Then why you all ask for time and let people wait?

    @airtelindia why in this region down below the address, we are not able to connect through the Internet. Pur Data couta is there and if you open the data service On no 4g,3g,2g, non of the G is connecting. And your customer service is not a customer service it is Boat service.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Hi I’m being incorrectly charged ₹230 for an MNP request that was never completed on number Customer support denied my waiver request. Since the porting didn't happen, these charges are invalid. Please reverse/adjust this amount ASAP.

    @airtelindia we went to local Airtel office, they took all bank details & said will get refund in 2-3 days. It’s been 15 days since & even they haven’t been co operative now. No customer care number to call for this You are cheating customers

    Every customer care call comes with a fresh version. Statement date unchanged. No, it’s a 4-hour “network glitch.” Actually, it’s been moved from the 3rd to the 6th. I want one consolidated ebill on the 3rd, the promised discount, and no hidden charges. Clear? @airtelindia

    Hello @airtelindia it’s been more 8 hour i am facing this poor network issue my mobile data is not working and i am not getting any help from Your team what kinda poor service you are giving to your consumer we trust you that’s why we choose Airtel but these kinda issue 😒

    @airtelindia 2 months preventive maintenance done for Wi-Fi service before June. And in rainy season every week at least once the Wi-Fi is down. Almost Every weekend in last 2 months service is down. Are you really serious on providing services?
