@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's very unfortunate to see the irresponsible behavior and attitude of Airtel Customer executives. In spite of putting across the timings for and alternate they failed in sorting the issues. Then why you all ask for time and let people wait?

While the wait time mentioned was 5 minutes, @airtelindia why the hell should your customer wait for support for more than 15 min to say the problem you caused. And asks to call after sometime after waiting for 15 minutes. Is this the bloody respect you give for your customers!?

@airtelindia it's so wierd that, even though my mother has the sufficient balance, she's unable to make outgoing calls. So I am not able to Raise the complaint on her behalf using my number. I guess it's time to switch.
