  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - Two months requesting airtel for broadband to fibernet upgrade and you say Airtel's new policy is to only encourage new Fibernet connections and not support existing customers. And without upgrading, airtel charged for fibernet for 2 months !

  Horrible service by @airtelindia. We raised a relocation request for dth and broadband connection several days before shifting to new residence is same area. While the dth service was provided on time , they have still not assigned any technician for broadband after 10 days.
