@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I applied for a 1 year plan for Airtel Wifi and paid the money in advance (xstream). Later found that connection cant be done in area. Got message of refund ~ 8 days ago. Still money not refunded to me. Phone no used 6239526184. Any Help ??

Most pathetic network @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia since 7days the airtel fiber is not working. Raised several complaints. No response. If they would have spent 10% of marketing on network betterment thing would be great.And customer care tell us do what you want.@jagograhakjago

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have complaint so many time regarding worst internet speed in my area but you just simply close ticket without any resolution. I have been using Airtel since 12 years but now porting out to @reliancejio . I would just say prioritize your customer.
