  @airtelindia idk what's wrong with your services out of 30 days of a month I rarely get 80+ mbps speed on my airtel xtream connection, it is around 0.2-0.6 mbps most of the time. I cannot raise a complaint via the app as it only works with dumb questions. Fix my internet speed RN

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The Airtel network at Ordnance Factory, Dehu Road, Pune is extremely poor. Calls frequently disconnect, and mobile data hardly works. very difficult to contact someone because of the poor network coverage. Kindly improve on priority 🚨#NetworkIssue

  @airtelindia dear Airtel I sign up for Airtel WiFi from last 2 weeks. From last two week not a single hour I used WiFi peacefully. Your service guy came 2 times. Problem reinstates in next 2-3 hour . Please change the faulty WiFi module. ASAP.

  is getting a WIFI connection really a big deal in #Hyderabad ? It's been 7 days bt installation is pending, everyday kept chasing @airtelindia but no response, their executive's stopped picking calls . When dial their customer care, they promised to call back but haven't received

  Over a month of excuses, false assurances, and "shortly" updates, yet the issue remains unresolved. If my internet fails during the rains and impacts my work because Airtel refused to replace the faulty equipment in time, I will be taking legal action. @airtelindia #airtel
