    @airtelindia your network in lockdown is it? When the world is transitioning to WFH & you say Stay Connected with dear ones and your network is erratic for days then neither can be achieved. Productivity is 0. And service request will be closed in 8 days.

    @airtelindia I think with the introduction on platinum plan you can get an excuse for providing bad service for other plans. FYI this number is also part of the 999 family plan so don't know why this number also shouldn't be platinum privileged. Network is still pathetic.

    Airtel claims to be present everywhere & dt they will open the network in case of no network. Bt the reality is in #bhubaneswar #unit-8, well-developed area the normal network is unavailable. No action while complaining.only false claims @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal @airtelindia

    The worst services are provided by Airtel. They don't even provide any redressal for your grievances. I did my recharge and still I am not able to make calls . Won't ever recommend Airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
