    Worst ever service by airtel. Day by day internet speed decreasing and few times it is not working having the 4g network.I am at present at a capital city of state. If it is the condition of a city then what would be the condition at rural areas. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia every time i face any kind of internet issue i have to call on 121 and there i have to put a complaint (after listening to a lot of unavoidable ivr commands) . The problem gets resolved within a week and everything works perfect for a week .

    @airtelindia Please fix my internet, I have complain 10 to 15 times but no response. I have visit Airtel store in saheed nagar near reliance fresh, they don’t know how to treat customers.

    @itsmeabhi04 @airtelindia Bro don't do so, bcz @airtelindia in ventilator, we are suffering like anything since 3 yrs, all the service providers having equally poor quality service....

    I had made a recharge of Rs 698/- on airtel app. The amount got deducted from acct but the recharge wasn’t done.Visited the Airtel store. But the service executive was of no help. It has been 4 days but it hasn’t been refunded.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please look into this

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hi Airtel team why do u create problems for your loyal customers...we recharge money deducted but never reflected in our mobile account...after confronting its said will look into..will 7 working daz,jus to recharge or cash back?

    @airtelindia i have been using your service since a year , but in last 4 months i am having way too much internet issue , sometimes it's very slow(not even able to send or receive WhatsApp messages) sometimes it's inconsistent (interrupting my video calls and online meetings) .
