Then they ask u to install sms support s/w using which they can see sms coming to you. Then using your mobile no they do fraudulent transactions. Please be aware and caution friends. The problem gets resolved within a week and everything works perfect for a week .

FYI this number is also part of the 999 family plan so don't know why this number also shouldn't be platinum privileged. Network is still pathetic.

Paying for a service and constantly struggling with basic connectivity is simply unacceptable.
