What a stupid service and reason from @airtelindia We were not able to see some channels in Airtel digital tv. According to the Onsite expert from Airtel the signal is down from last 15days & we paid for that So your signal is weak and to fix that I have to pay

@airtelindia your network in lockdown is it? When the world is transitioning to WFH & you say Stay Connected with dear ones and your network is erratic for days then neither can be achieved. Productivity is 0. And service request will be closed in 8 days.

Airtel claims to be present everywhere & dt they will open the network in case of no network. Bt the reality is in #bhubaneswar #unit-8, well-developed area the normal network is unavailable. No action while complaining.only false claims @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Raised a relocation request two days ago, first the app sucked. Then the service people do not turn up. The wait is long. @reliancejio did it in less than half a day and free of cost. You guys charge 300₹ and still don’t act on it quicker. Shame.
