@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about 3 month my dongle sim got deactivated suddenly. Today my postpaid sim stopped suddenly & both times I was told to replace sim,which can be done only at airtel stores which is around 150km from my location. totally pathetic service by #airtel.

@JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India Very bad network condition. You talk about 5g while you don't have very good infrastructure for 4g. Internet is very slow. Please improve your current condition which is very bad.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my connection is still not restored after 48 hrs. Just to move copper cable to fiber you are harassing the customer. Lying, making excuses is not what i expected from Airtel. No explanation from airtel yet, why connection was terminated in 1st place.

@airtelindia internet broadband ‘xtreme’ not functional for more than a week. No resolution from customer care. The only thing that can b said with certainty is that the monthly bill will be received. Future ‘xtreme’ customers be wary of this poor service. #airtel #broadband
