@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@airtelindia you guys really suck. I’ve been trying to change my bill plan so I can have more of Internet Data but you’re so slow and your customer service is at worst. I need a call back on 9910960258 ASAP.

My phone , my recharge, my sim ( @airtelindia , @Airtel_Presence) but still we can't have right to choose our own caller tune. @PIB_India please stop the callertune of #100crorevaccinations, it is very irritating if we are in case of emergency. We would be so thankful 🙌🙌🙏🙏.

@airtelindia I have filed complaint regarding my broadband wire broken having service request no 10000737135 & fiber id is 019146526833_dsl I've done no of call to customer care service,Now it's enough I can't tolerate this need some solution & final commitment of mine complaint.
