@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’ve been trying to get a Gigafibre connection installed for about 2+ years now, your ground team has upgraded connection everywhere but my locality. (They installed fibre boxes in 2020 but never laid down the wires). Pls have a supervisor do checkup

@airtelindia After switching to 5G network, my mobile data keeps on disconnecting and then connecting back.. this in turn creates problem when i am playing games. Never happened when i am using 4G. Please check and fix it immediately.

Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the 4g data network has been pathetic around my location. Earlier atleast, I would be able to send Wapp msgs, but now even a msg delivered seems to be a win. Further call drop has also increased.

@airtelindia please ask your support team to share the support when customers need it and not when we don’t. It’s really important for me to get the internet connection as it’s my working time but all your services are not working at all. I really didn’t pay for this!!
