@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@Airtel_Presence I recharged by broadband 010146065192_dsl today. Before doing the recharge, it was written that the plan has 180 days of validity. But now the plan shows 165 days validity. Have a look and rectify the issue. @airtelindia . . #airtelbroadband #airtelThanks

Continuous problem with @airtelindia broadband, twice they send someone to fix it, the call centre person tells me that they will now let me know whether they can fix the problem or not otherwise I can choose some other provider!!! glad to know.
