    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia A simple change in the bill layout can improve the customer experience. A 30 min call with your customer care yielded no result. There was no intent to listen to the problem (forget sorting it out). Request you to train them to "listen" to the problem.
