@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about 3 month my dongle sim got deactivated suddenly. Today my postpaid sim stopped suddenly & both times I was told to replace sim,which can be done only at airtel stores which is around 150km from my location. totally pathetic service by #airtel.

@airtelindia Airtel has no regard for customers or any customer service! Even after paying them in lump sum for my broadband plan in advance. It’s not working!! I can’t even set my username or password in the Airtel thanks app after one month! They sneakily bypass evrythng saying coming soon!
