@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about 3 month my dongle sim got deactivated suddenly. Today my postpaid sim stopped suddenly & both times I was told to replace sim,which can be done only at airtel stores which is around 150km from my location. totally pathetic service by #airtel.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@airtelindia - kindly fix broadband issues, it happens almost daily since July 2022. People in call centre are least bothered. App is more than pathetic, does nothing better than taking money. People present to answer in English cannot speak apart from saying Sorry.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Will never suggest Airtel fibre broadband to anyone once it goes down it takes 2-3 days minimum to make it up. And outage days never adjusted in bill amount. And you have bare the loss in work in because of outage. Don't buy airtel fiber broadband.
