@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@airtelindia Worst experience with AIRTEL BROADBAND, I paid for 3 months, but the services stopped even before 1 month. It's been about a day now, but yet the issue is not resolved. Everytime I ask for support at 121, they reply with someone will contact me, but nobody did yet.

I have registered a complaint about this problem to customer care and they said to me sir,many times a small circuit happend in any kind of sim when sim in the mobile that's why sim's deactivate,so please go to airtel service
