@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India Very bad network condition. You talk about 5g while you don't have very good infrastructure for 4g. Internet is very slow. Please improve your current condition which is very bad.

Airtel Black is still costly as compared to other service providers I have 3 mob plans (Rs 180/month/mob avg) 1 DTH connection (Rs 320/ month) and if I buy jio fiber (Rs 399 + GST ) Total amnt would be only 1300 aprx/month. But @airtelindia launched all this for 2099+GST

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Support staff acts helpless & directionless. Just say they’ll escalate the issue but can’t assure me this complaint will be tackled. No assurance of time. No reference-able ticket. I genuinely need 40Mb speeds as we have 4 members at home who often take zoom calls synchronously
