@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India Very bad network condition. You talk about 5g while you don't have very good infrastructure for 4g. Internet is very slow. Please improve your current condition which is very bad.

I recharged some days back, 3jio sims are working fine, mine @airtelindia is worst now than ever. Airtel thanks app asks to switch off wifi to report "internet not available", kaise kru bina internet. Port krwa raha hu bhad me gaya 0 complaint policy.
