@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about 3 month my dongle sim got deactivated suddenly. Today my postpaid sim stopped suddenly & both times I was told to replace sim,which can be done only at airtel stores which is around 150km from my location. totally pathetic service by #airtel.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

What a business tactics by @airtelindia . You guys suckk. Stars port channel not working and rest all channel are visible. And asking 200 of minimum recharge. Nice way of collecting money from customer during ind vs pak match. Give good service and then collect money. God bless.
