Today my postpaid sim stopped suddenly & both times I was told to replace sim,which can be done only at airtel stores which is around 150km from my location. totally pathetic service by #airtel.

Atul Kaulgud (@atul_kaulgud) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had registered complaint on Sat 2nd Aug because there is no signal for DTH. Nobody visited as per slot booking. There was a call later on my wife's mobile, she cud not pick up as she was driving. After that, there are only msgs/1
