@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

Pathetic Service by @airtelindia I think the quality services are reserved only for black customers and rest of us are only left for minting money. Have been waiting for more than 48 hours for a technician and still see no signs of them #airteldoesnotcare #patheticservice

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is the best service provider in India. Out of 100 calls, I was able to complete 1 call successfully. It's either you upgrade to #AirtelBlack or they won't provide any service at all. At last, you will have to port your number to @BSNLCorporate.
