  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about 3 month my dongle sim got deactivated suddenly. Today my postpaid sim stopped suddenly & both times I was told to replace sim,which can be done only at airtel stores which is around 150km from my location. totally pathetic service by #airtel.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

  Dear @airtelindia, Till i was using an android device & my phone was breached every time (thanks to Sundar Pichai who never worked on device protection & pricvacy ). Internet was running smooth btw. The day i switched to iOS, the network backstabbed & am facing network cut. 1

  @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India Very bad network condition. You talk about 5g while you don't have very good infrastructure for 4g. Internet is very slow. Please improve your current condition which is very bad.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence report an issue link do not works so complaints are reducing while all you say that the network becomes better......lyres. why you send messages of ftth connection on those numbers where you are not able to provide connectiom

  @airtelindia There was some issue with the wifi 2-3 days ago, the technician came yesterday (yes we were without without wifi for 1-2 days), he "fixed" it, now today it is again out. And the only option I am able to see is to book service after 2 days.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Is there ANY way to immediately block a lost/stolen Airtel SIM? I couldn’t find any such option on the Airtel app, and your customer care is an absolute nightmare just useless automated responses instead of helping with a critical security issue.

  @airtelindia But the fact is, the cable that comes to my house is cut and I am repeatedly trying to convey the same to the customer care people. No service engineer is allocated and still I am being told the ticket is raised with a problem mentioning technical outage in the area.
