The problem gets resolved within a week and everything works perfect for a week .

FYI this number is also part of the 999 family plan so don't know why this number also shouldn't be platinum privileged. Network is still pathetic.

It’s full of bugs and the same experience is on the desktop. Your customer hotline put you on hold for 8 mins and then disconnects on its own!
