    @Airtel_Presence The Internet in Bhubaneswar sucks now ! I choosed @airtelindia sim for good and best network and now I find really difficult to use the Internet even ! Its really slow a hell lot to surf and work along.Please resolve it ASAP in our area atleast

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very poor service. Dropped many mails but no resolution still. Everytime you give fake promise as we are trying to get it resolved but I don’t see any work on that. My entire family here trust airtel but we are being betrayed. Dissatisfied

    @airtelindia I think with the introduction on platinum plan you can get an excuse for providing bad service for other plans. FYI this number is also part of the 999 family plan so don't know why this number also shouldn't be platinum privileged. Network is still pathetic.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You shouldnot be charging a single penny for telecom charges from customer as u cheaters can't give service not even after complains. I guess ur technical team is useless & dumbass to solve any problems

    What a stupid service and reason from @airtelindia We were not able to see some channels in Airtel digital tv. According to the Onsite expert from Airtel the signal is down from last 15days & we paid for that So your signal is weak and to fix that I have to pay

    @airtelindia your network in lockdown is it? When the world is transitioning to WFH & you say Stay Connected with dear ones and your network is erratic for days then neither can be achieved. Productivity is 0. And service request will be closed in 8 days.

    @airtelindia has the worst service in my area where i stay. I have complained 3 times earlier but the company is still looking into the matter since 6 months. I am planning to change to jio because it has the best internet speed in my area. @Airtel_Presence

    Worst ever service by airtel. Day by day internet speed decreasing and few times it is not working having the 4g network.I am at present at a capital city of state. If it is the condition of a city then what would be the condition at rural areas. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 15/05/2022 I have recharged 239 28 days pach 4 pm.but main balance deduct 73.47 at 06pm. Talk to your senior executive subhashree very bad service..please resolve this case.otherwise I've complain to @TRAI

    @airtelindia if you have any issues in paying vendors payments then you should atleast ask them to write off. Unwanted mails for months is not the right way of doing business. Not expected from a brand like Airtel.

    @airtelindia hi my mobile 5g my pack 5g network in my mobile 5g Even after that the data is getting exhausted for almost a week. When I talk to customer care, they tell me to switch to postpaid, sir. So this means all this is being done to bring customers to postpaid.

    @airtelindia Team, Issue is pending for over 3 weeks. Since you have started these from Dec 2025 without me making any changes on my phone, you need to switch these off. Please resolve urgently & stop lying about it being a regulatory requirement. No one else gets these @airtelindia

    My @airtelindia wifi is down by now 6 days. Absolute lies by CX teams, they keep promising false dates and engineer visits. I'll be moving my wifi and number that I've used for well over 10 years to another provider. Absolute trash service. @suchitasalwan
