But after that I got around 5-6 calls from @airtelindia marketing IVRS. It was like I did a mistake by calling them. During office hours its very annoying!

The ivr says recharge the number , while I am on postpaid , spent 2 hours already on chat resetting and rebooting my phone and now wait for 4 hours for a resolution. Crap.

I have also not received any bank OTPs or payment-related notifications, which is causing further inconvenience. If my payment has been successfully processed, there is no valid reason for my services to remain suspended. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently. I do not want to face any further disruption because of an error on Airtel’s side.
