There is team coordination problem between ground/local staff and customer care/senior executive. They only fool the people.

I left 90 minutes later. 650 bucks less in my wallet. Zero sim cards functioning. Terrible customer service is an understatement + 6/8 employees weren't wearing a mask properly. Rant over.

The engineers visited my home, left without saying anything, and have not responded to my calls since then. If you are not having responsible engineers who fullfill the comments then people should opt for disconnection for all the airtel connections.
