    JIO internet has become so bad that no website is opening and videos are not downloading, no action has been taken in spite of the complaint. State -Jharkhand City -Jamshedpur Village -Haldipokhar We have good airtel running from Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia @TRAI

    I entered the @airtelindia store with a functioning SIM card looking for another. I left 90 minutes later. 650 bucks less in my wallet. Zero sim cards functioning. Terrible customer service is an understatement + 6/8 employees weren't wearing a mask properly. Rant over.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am trying to install Airtel broadband at my home, it had been more than 20 days. I initiated 2 booking for the broadband but still all goes in vain. Either they are saying range is further or FAT not available. I am facing huge problem, pls help

    Really disappointed with the service provided by @airtelindia, for a simple DTH it’s been 5 days and spending countless hours on phone with customer service, still struggling to get the connection for my parents. Disappointing..

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst service by Airtel. 2 days gone bt shifting request compliance nt done. 2day mrng got a msg tht Fiber connection not available at my location but my other flatmates are using same. Airtel not interested in shifting theh only wants new customers.

    @airtel @airtelindia - the Thanks app is not working. My grandmother has tried to change her plan thrice over the past week. She has called your complaint number multiple times and it sends a link to the app (which continues to malfunction/ not solve her query). Please fix.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As suggested, I kept the router switched off for around 30–40 minutes and now the internet is connected again. But I’m not sure why this issue keeps happening repeatedly. If this continues regularly, it’s going to create a lot of problems.
