@hegdepooja @airtelindia Madam will go to any other network because the problem with which you are bothered is in @VodafoneIN also these people only recharge means no concern to the network or the customer.Hope @TRAI do something and think about customer service.

Issue didn't resolve. Again fake promise from @airtelindia . I think portability is last option.

@airtelindia Request to add correct billing address (Broadband Number- 03310785984_dsl). Already several mails are sent to Airtel, 4/ 5 times called customer care but noting happened. Not a single acknowledgement mail received from Airtel or no ticket number is generated for this
