  @hegdepooja @airtelindia Madam will go to any other network because the problem with which you are bothered is in @VodafoneIN also these people only recharge means no concern to the network or the customer.Hope @TRAI do something and think about customer service.

  @airtelindia 5G Unlimited Recharge: Despite having a full 5G network, I can't use unlimited data. If my problem isn't resolved quickly, I'll consider porting my SIM. I can't expect such a poor service from airtel . Time to go with jio ?

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia No need for apologies. Just explain why my complaints were closed without resolution. Is it ur protocol to give a 10+ day timeline so customer forgets and quietly close the request? We’re paying full charges for this service. Fix the problem properly. #AirtelNetwork

  @TheBigGeek @airtelindia airtel is worst for broadband better to change 2 other options.. i was with them for 8yrs before i switched.. product is ok but technical & customer servc is lousiest in the industry

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The network in Bhubaneswar has become pathetic. 📶❌ Even where 5G is supposed to be available, my phone shows 4G most of the time, along with poor speeds, weak signals and frequent call drops. Despite repeated complaints, there seems to be no meaningful action to improve the network. Is this what Airtel calls a reliable network? Please fix the network quality in Bhubaneswar urgently. @airtelindia
