@hegdepooja @airtelindia Madam will go to any other network because the problem with which you are bothered is in @VodafoneIN also these people only recharge means no concern to the network or the customer.Hope @TRAI do something and think about customer service.

@airtelindia Having network issue since the day i ported & airtel not having any solution. Ported total 45 postpaid connection but there is zero connectivity. Airtel stop giving fake advertising about open network

@airtelindia The customer care informed IVR option is invalid and even sim will not be delivered i raised successfully. Customer care is forcing old person to go to crowded store PERSONNLY ignoring Covid situation even when i was ready to play extra for home delivery.
