@hegdepooja @airtelindia Madam will go to any other network because the problem with which you are bothered is in @VodafoneIN also these people only recharge means no concern to the network or the customer.Hope @TRAI do something and think about customer service.

I use Airtel xtreme fiber for broadband.Yesterday wifi was not working,thought to register a complaint but forgot to do so(used mobile data).Was amused to see airtel techician next day. Got to know that airtel auto register complaint for seamless experience. Wow! @airtelindia
