@hegdepooja @airtelindia Madam will go to any other network because the problem with which you are bothered is in @VodafoneIN also these people only recharge means no concern to the network or the customer.Hope @TRAI do something and think about customer service.

@airtelindia Having network issue since the day i ported & airtel not having any solution. Ported total 45 postpaid connection but there is zero connectivity. Airtel stop giving fake advertising about open network

@airtelindia no fixed line service is provided even after 30 days of fiber activation in #ROORKEE no complaint number is given even after multiple calls to customer care. All you website and local ads are flashing the fixed line service along with fiber.

@Airtel_Presence Fifth day of DTH defect and no one has bothered to visit. Never expected that customer care /after sales service of @airtelindia will degrade to such a low level. Repeated calls from Social media cell without any solution. Two months of new DTH connection and pathetic service.

@ViCustomerCare Ok so I'm just on call with customer care at 198 and according to them there's no other cheaper plan available apart from 399 I'm already running on. So even if I'm not using anything, minimum to be paid is 399+149+taxes. Insane! @airtelindia @reliancejio you got some options?
