@hegdepooja @airtelindia Madam will go to any other network because the problem with which you are bothered is in @VodafoneIN also these people only recharge means no concern to the network or the customer.Hope @TRAI do something and think about customer service.

@airtelindia Your broadband service needs to be better. A waiting period of more than 8 hours to 1 day, multiple times, to fix the internet is definitely not a good turnaround time. And your technicians not picking up the phone doesn't help either.
