@hegdepooja @airtelindia Madam will go to any other network because the problem with which you are bothered is in @VodafoneIN also these people only recharge means no concern to the network or the customer.Hope @TRAI do something and think about customer service.

@airtelindia I bought airtel fibre xstream in Jan. 2021. I have experienced the worst services ever in this connection. Whenever i face any issue you customer service person says call to customer care number. They don't give proper response to me.

@JioCare @reliancejio As of now no restrictions in Nagpur, for 3 whole days you cannot service in a city is really worrying. @airtelindia always responds in max 2 hours. May be it's time for a switch
