@hegdepooja @airtelindia Madam will go to any other network because the problem with which you are bothered is in @VodafoneIN also these people only recharge means no concern to the network or the customer.Hope @TRAI do something and think about customer service.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Really worst service and behaviour of the agent. Today I booked for an Airtel broadband connection and got the call from the agent. After all the discussion I paid the rental for 6 months and the agent said they will install the connection today.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia checked with customer care they simply said if i recharge with daily limit then my pack will activate oncecurrent pack end on jan2, else other than daily limit plan it will activate immediately. You ppl swallowed my 18 days validity.

@airtelindia : Everytime when I call customer service they say within 24hours connection will be provided.. But not keeping their commitment. Very poor service by airtel.. Better refund the money taken, we can switch to other good broadband service provider.(2/2)
