@hegdepooja @airtelindia Madam will go to any other network because the problem with which you are bothered is in @VodafoneIN also these people only recharge means no concern to the network or the customer.Hope @TRAI do something and think about customer service.

@ViCustomerCare @airtelindia if the recharge fails, do u ask 10 questions to refund or automatically it's get refund. The payment failed due to VI server issue and they are asking my sim number.. last 10 call details, ID, Adress proof, last 3 recharge amount, 3 frequently called numbers.....
