@hegdepooja @airtelindia Madam will go to any other network because the problem with which you are bothered is in @VodafoneIN also these people only recharge means no concern to the network or the customer.Hope @TRAI do something and think about customer service.

Issue didn't resolve. Again fake promise from @airtelindia . I think portability is last option.

@airtelindia don’t go for black, very bad customer service. and very pricey. plz go for other network provider. they wont even sokve your mobile network issues. forgot about fibre n all. anyone who opts for it will regret. go to consumer forum and see how many airtel cases are there.

My @airtelindia broadband works fine only when the technician visits. I’m beginning to wonder what the ‘Happy Code’is really for. It was the longest internet outage I faced in years. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia Once upon a time, it used to be my favourite though it was costly but now it's disgusting. Not a stable network even a single day...😠😠😠😠 Changing my operator soon. Complaints are turned deaf ears....😠😠😠😠

@airtelindia I'm facing lot of issues with airtel broadband be in #Pune or #Ajmer. On 5 GHz connection working well generally but for 2.4 GHz it's pathetic as for a week or two it works well but later on does not. Every other day my work is suffering. May I know the reason?
