@hegdepooja @airtelindia Madam will go to any other network because the problem with which you are bothered is in @VodafoneIN also these people only recharge means no concern to the network or the customer.Hope @TRAI do something and think about customer service.

Dear Team @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my friend's 1 year airtel plan has been stopped in the middle and a new recharge plan has been activated although the earlier yearly plan had 1 more month to expire. kindly help. the customer care service has been pathetic to say the list.
