    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have an optical fibre connection which is linked with an airtel landline. Since the past 1 week, the landline number is out-of-service. Can't make or receive call on it. I have been trying to raise a complaint on both 121 & 198, but just can't.

    @airtelindia @therealkapildev Very disappointed with airtel services.. My broadband connection is not working from 2nd July morning and i raised a complaint but no body turned up.. Call centre executive is not able to give any proper response.. Pathetic service.. Complaint no 10058597250

    @airtelindia #AirtelBlack Hi, First my connection request is cancelled bcs you only provide connection no 80m distance. Now even after 75 days and multiple calls, no action taken to give refund for amount I paid as installation charges. Is it relly a good customer service?
