  Hi @airtelindia , I am a airtel user since 10 years but never seen a worst service than yours .....my wifi connection is not working since 7 days with Service request id : 11038835654 and technicians came and fixed it so that it will work for only 20 mins

  @airtelindia My service reference no. 658392055 for your Airtel Digital TV ID 3039794512 is resolved without any solution then what is the point of complaining. They call and say we can't resolve this as it's service level issue and close it without consent.

  @airtelindia @airtelbank I only have a regular savings account,When I contacted their customer care team to clarify why these charges were applied, the executive repeatedly told me that I have salary A/c,I said okay if that's the case let me record this conversation & repeat what you just said

  @airtelindia Normal SMS are working both ways, but I am not receiving OTP SMS from any service. I have tested multiple apps/services. Please check whether transactional/A2P OTP SMS are being blocked or filtered on my number and reprovision/reset the SMS service from the backend
