    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia we are in trouble at AMMAPET -614401 in whole day , couldn’t able to connect call to our family through airtel network , no any information about break the networks , requesting to resolve and update about this issue

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Absolutely pathetic service. 7 days estimated just to resolve a connection issue, and even after 7 days there’s no resolution. The service engineer isn’t even answering calls. How long are customers supposed to wait? Request: 11036893166

    Finally discontinued Worst Wifi service provider @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 7 days late and yet not shifted my previous wifi connection to new city and spot led to this discontinue decision. Airtel is worst,utterly slow in solving customer issue. Got new Wifi service provider.

    Pathetic service of Air fiber, getting 1 mbps speed in a 100 Mbps plan and not able to connect to support now due to automated message of temporary service issue in my area. Getting my office work impacted, they are forcing me to install @airtelindia fiber. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Worst ever wifi and voice call services by @airtelindia in Nirjuli. Every week a complaint needs to be lodged for call drops, muted calls, poor 5G and erratic wifi. All they provide is resolution of the complaint after a few days only the same issues to recur.

    @airtelindia near bharath medical University and padmavathi ngr extn, Bhai garden area last 2 weeks no proper signal, waste of customer recharged amount....check &do needful
