    @airtelindia Since 7 Jan trying to get Airtel Black in Pune. Your customer centre took order, asked to wait for 48 hours and again today saying there isn't any order placed? And Airtel Black promise for faster and better services?

    @airtelindia is such an ******* , i raised disconnection request and i understand retention stuff, that you need to understand retain if thats due to problem. mentioned day 1 moved out of city but has received 7 calls to be precise and on each call sir this is last call #sucks

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What is the use of airtel black if you cannot resolve billing payment issue after reporting via customer care number 121 five days back & on twitter 2 days back. No SR created also to follow up. If this is the case i will port to Jio or VI soon

    ****** service by Airtel. Broadband disconnected 7th time this week. 4 times in last 2 days. They promise call back but never do that. Please don't screw my client meetings and weekend movies please. Even to get waiver we have to follow 100 times. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
