    @airtelindia Airtel has reduced the 5G speed to 30-40mbps only for prepaid customers after introducing priority postpaid scheme/fast lane service. Prepaid customers have been cheated.

    @Airtel_Presence Malayalam channels like Amrita TV is not getting in IP TV in Thiruvananthapuram City area. These channels are included in the subscribtion and we are paying for past six months though @airtelindia failed to render promised service. There is no customer care available to reach out

    @airtelindia Took ₹5000 for a 1-year roaming plan. SIM failed after 1 month. Roaming Department acknowledges the issue but refuses a refund or any practical replacement option outside India. 11 months of paid service lost. Supervisor Simple Shivani’s answer: “Not our problem.”

    Please dont select Airtel for wifi and DTH. This is not normal because of this i was returned to office 30 kms away. It was hectic day for me. All these because people of airtel not responded. @airtelindia please consider this. Otherwise. People will choose the right network.
