    @JioCare shame on you. How you frustrated people. Your customer care say lies. The jio fibre wire is break from past 3 days. I will remove this type of frustrated service. In a month mostly the connection remained break. @airtelindia Please start provide service near my area.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Network slow issue has become a regular issue with airtel and there is some downtime in evening and night. Not able to complain properly. Requesting for wired fiber since 5 years but airfiber is being sold as fiber hasn't come. Comeon airtel you can do better

    I live in an area with no 5G and at work I sometimes only get one beam. The network is poor when travelling, yet you claim I cannot share a hotspot? This is a persistent issue and I am still on postpaid. Why should I continue to pay for this service? @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Services "Absolute mockery of premium service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia! Broadband down since July 16 (SR: 10995986781). System promised resolution by July 17, 7 PM, but silently pushed the technician to July 18 instead. Recurring line failures every 2nd day.

    @a_fresh_shinobi @airtelindia Hey, I think this issue is related to the re-KYC verification. I was facing the same issue, and it got resolved after completing the re-KYC.

    @airtelindia is one of the fraud company where I raised complaint on network issue and they close the complaint without reaching to me. Can’t reopen or reach customer care through IVR. In store, they say once complaint is raised, they will take care. But none of the morons works

    @airtelindia you guys silently removed the 5g topup and when I contacted the customer care they told me to upgrade to postpaid and I can use it and then I can just cancel and move back to prepaid and it would not cost my anything. I have the audio recording of that. You are scam!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how can your teams close a complaint without any confirmation from the user if it has been actually resolved or not? Does your team lacks competence to the extent that they'd falsely mark a complaint resolved?
