    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I raised a cancellation request for Airtel Broadband connection on 04/06/22 in Hyderabad, which should get canceled within 48 hrs according to customer helpline. I've called customer care 3 times since then and they say it's under process every time.

    Now I called again Mr Chaudhary who came in morning in front of Mr Asif khan .. At the same moment both engineers are clueless.. they don’t know what is the problem and how we can resolve this issue… Literally crying what the hell is @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 6/n

    @airtelindia Internet connection is not working for the third day now and again there is 0 transperency. This is the second time in 15 days and last time it took 4 days to restore
