    @airtelindia your team closed issue without providing resolution. they asked me to recharge another 500 today. I have done that with no resolution. airtel now owes me Rs 710 for recharges suggested by airtel customer care #Airtelthanks @Dot_India @consumerforum_ please advise

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Prepaid sim suddenly stopped working yesterday evening. No option to block it by cust care to avoid simswap and financial fraud. Airtel stores open at 10:30 when even govt offc start at 9. Pathetic service. Only advertisement. @MIB_India
