@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence have been facing regular cuts off in my airtel xtreme fibre connection. Its not been permanently fixed. In last 20 days it got disconnected 6-7 times. I complained every time and they fix it the next day. I am very disappointed. ID: 013546563901_dsl

@airtelindia Airtel connection sim card is getting damaged 2-3 times period of 2-3 years. Today suddenly networks gone and showing emergency call. Call Support said to visit to CALL Center to COVID positive person and get new SIM. Any help. Need this number to be activated soon.

So apparently if you call @airtelindia customer service complaining regarding their internet speed and mobile network they ask you to change your sim card. And after you change your sim card your internet speed will get even worse. What is wrong @airtelindia .
