@Airtel_Presence I NEED A REFUND! My neighbor who's paying 799 plan, got the new black box of #airtel while we are paying 999 plan, & we were given the old white router box that doesn't work & has signal issues. This is how incompetent #Airtelindia is. No internet till now.

@airtelindia Technicians are doing r&d with customer device. They don't have the sufficient knowledge to diagnose the issues. When suggested some diagnose they become arogant. Today Rajeev visited and refuse to listen customer request to check the old dish again. Very pathetic !

Dear @airtelindia your worst signal and call drop facility provided on my organization's more than 40 numbers (Relationship no. 1316743482) forces me to port these number to @JioCare . Remember, once port started, I assure u atleast 350 customer will leave you.
