@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Received a call on Sep 19th, asking for the payment proof. Again proving airtel team was sleeping for a month to ask the details or was not at all serious about customer concerns! Really saddened with the customer care.

@abhijitmajumder @airtelindia +100 to that! Airtel has effed up my SMS service as well thanks to which I'm unable to use my Gpay or Bhim apps and despite complaints haven't been able to resolve it! Absolutely useless.
