This is complaint regarding @airtelindia 's deliberate delay in approving my port out request, it is clear violation of guidelines of @TRAI about MNP process, Its been 7 days & still @Airtel_Presence is not processing the request, @TRAI plz look into this🙏

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have made an initial payment for Xtream Fibre. But, I was told that Xtreme fiber is not available. Hence, I did not proceed further and asked your agent to cancel the process. Till now I hv not received my refund. I am not getting any response.
