This is complaint regarding @airtelindia 's deliberate delay in approving my port out request, it is clear violation of guidelines of @TRAI about MNP process, Its been 7 days & still @Airtel_Presence is not processing the request, @TRAI plz look into this🙏

@airtelindia Pathetic internet service for postpaid connection. You guys just boast about heroic data speed, but reality is otherwise. Though I come under platinum customer, spending more than 12k annually, but the internet service is pathetic. Location- Manesar, Gurgaon

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence airtel internet not working from last 8 days and have raised the complaint. Without fixing, the case was closed and i have to reopen it. Wfh is heavily impacted. Called customer service couple of time but not yet resolved. 128341492 is case no.

@airtelindia I did a MNP request and submitted UPC to @VodafoneGroup. It supposed to port by today but you shameless Airtel guys did some fraud and stopped my porting request. Now I’m not able to call and receive calls. You should respect customer decision
