This is complaint regarding @airtelindia 's deliberate delay in approving my port out request, it is clear violation of guidelines of @TRAI about MNP process, Its been 7 days & still @Airtel_Presence is not processing the request, @TRAI plz look into this🙏

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Kindly look forward to enable apple watch feature on prepaid plans too asap. I am not switching to post paid under any circumstances. You lost a prepaid customer of 15 years. MNP is the only option for now. Switching to Jio.

@airtelindia on 10th March 1 PM I raised an order for plan change - this order is not visible on my end . The payment of 1000/- has no receipts sent to me . Sorry to say- but your services are no better than some local service provider

@airtelindia started Xstream fiber on 16 Feb; till now 5 service requests have been raised for slow internet. this is PATHETIC. not sure about speed or service if i go for higher plan. pls improve ur service. cannot call ur cust srvc every now n then. other ISPs seem to be better
