This is complaint regarding @airtelindia 's deliberate delay in approving my port out request, it is clear violation of guidelines of @TRAI about MNP process, Its been 7 days & still @Airtel_Presence is not processing the request, @TRAI plz look into this🙏

@airtelindia Airtel DTH account 3023487422-001 Airtel DTH called off work in light rain. All channels are switched off and nothing appears and the Airtel DTH box is like a black box. I have raised a complaint and the Airtel officer told me that it will charge rs150 for visit only
