    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia when it comes to point of serivces giving... airtel is worst isp in India. I have been trying to calling you, sent multiple emails, registered multiple complaint since last 3 months. No resolution provided.

    This is complaint regarding @airtelindia 's deliberate delay in approving my port out request, it is clear violation of guidelines of @TRAI about MNP process, Its been 7 days & still @Airtel_Presence is not processing the request, @TRAI plz look into this🙏

    Hey @airtelindia i am a long time customer of Airtel extreme. I have a suggestion to give Airtel Black Box for free to the loyal of who have Airtel extreme more than 1-2 year instead of asking for 4000 while customers are ready to upgrade plan

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been 2 hours since we have an outage in our area. What tis the progress? When will services be restored? Why 5 6 hours you need to fix? Its impossible to reach your customer service and speak to a human. Neither phone nor broadband is working

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what’s the point of paying 4k every month to you when you gave a fake remote. We complained for left button not working and you took the original remote, gave us a fake one. My elderly parents live here & thats why i need the voice enabled remote.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel, my phone automatically switched to Airtel “PRIORITY” and the experience has been terrible. Internet barely works and I can’t even make proper calls. My device is 5G-ready, but your time-slicing technology feels like I’m getting just a tiny slice of connectivity for a couple of hours a day — after that, everything stops working. Please roll back this “priority” feature. This seriously sucks.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your sales team is much better than your support team , just visit airtel thanks app, open wifi/iptv and exit , they would call you instantly asking if i want to buy wifi service which I dont because i already have one. On the other hand is your customer support team. They suck.. i have calling 121 since month for merging all my services.. ye nahi ho paa raha inse.. Even customer support here on chat sucks.. just telling me to have patience and saying we will resolve your query..
