  Hey @airtelindia i am a long time customer of Airtel extreme. I have a suggestion to give Airtel Black Box for free to the loyal of who have Airtel extreme more than 1-2 year instead of asking for 4000 while customers are ready to upgrade plan

Your top management should seriously examine whether customers should be on boarded when service can't be provided.
