This is complaint regarding @airtelindia 's deliberate delay in approving my port out request, it is clear violation of guidelines of @TRAI about MNP process, Its been 7 days & still @Airtel_Presence is not processing the request, @TRAI plz look into this🙏

Hey @airtelindia i am a long time customer of Airtel extreme. I have a suggestion to give Airtel Black Box for free to the loyal of who have Airtel extreme more than 1-2 year instead of asking for 4000 while customers are ready to upgrade plan

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am airtel customer since 1999 of mobile and broadband and landline since 2007. I requested for DTH connection on 8th Nov, then on 24thNov, 28, 1st Dec. till now no installation done despite various calls to airtel. Why should I stick to Airtel ?

@airtelindia am totally frustrated with getting your service (Fiber Service) , power cable gone damage due to rat clip , service engineer suggested to put rat kill medicine in cable termination box ,may I ask to airtel is that my duty to put medicine in that box ?

@DoT_India Thank you, it's a serious concern, last night there was a heavy electricity fault in my locality. It was continuously sparking and tried emergency numbers but not connected !!! It is still not connecting @airtelindia I did complaint as well to your customer care !!
