    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm Amritesh Krishna Hui one of your Airtel subscribers, from the area of Pincode 756032. Sometimes the internet speed is too good but the problem is sometimes it's getting worst, even it's taking 2 to 3 minutes in WhatsApp. (1/2)

    Fed up with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pathetic network. Every day the same slow internet, poor connectivity, and zero accountability. What's the point of paying premium charges for such terrible service? Porting out is the only option left

    @airtelindia what kind of internet service you provide, it's been 3 days still my issue isn't resolved yet. Although I am airtel postpaid user with unlimited 5G data plan. Customer care are just ignoring the complaint and kept saying the same things but not any resolution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I visited the store I initially requested for service ( Opposite Lenskart, Civil Line Rd, near MGF Hyundai, Edappally, Ernakulam, Kerala 682024) Now i have to go to another store because manager is on leave. Unbelievable @Airtel_Presence

    What is the use of having a X(twitter) team if you ppl cannot respond to an issue raised. Even today the issue is continuing and 0.50rs has been deducted again. When will I got a resolution from this daylight robbery? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Trying to shift my Airtel fibre connection for the last 5 days within the same city/area, but still no resolution. Every time customer care says “today” or “next 4 hours,” but nothing happens. Very disappointing. If this can’t be resolved ASAP, please cancel my plan.

    @airtelindia From morning to evening I have tried for Shifting my Wi-Fi to another place but there is no good response and in Airtel Thanks App showing Error Occurred Please Try Again Later. Resolve the issue ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia It seems even your sociao media handle is equakky incompotent or you dont have any hold or control on your own service centers. Till today nobody has visited and the problem exist.
