    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I immediately raised a complaint and received an email assuring me that my issue was being given "immediate attention" and that I would receive an update within 24โ€“48 hours. That promise was never fulfilled.Since then:I have sent multiple emails with no resolution.

    @airtelindia Is it really necessary to block 5G hotspot access once users reach the 300 GB FUP limit? during power cuts when I rely on my mobile network to continue working on my laptop. I hope you'll reconsider this as it significantly impact who depend on mobile #DigitalRights

    @airtelindia it's been over a week since I ordered a Wi-Fi Router UPS, and I still haven't received it. The delay is disappointing, and the customer service experience has been equally frustrating with no proper update or resolution. Kindly get this delivered by EOD or refund.

    @airtelindia poor network range in Sec 49D Chandigarh. I can barely make calls, and use internet. I requested for a new WiFi connection yesterday morning but till now thereโ€™s no update from your team, have paid some advance amount as well. Please look into it asap.

    Wi-Fi has been down since 4:00 PM yesterday at B-69, Sector 2, Noida, and our work has been severely impacted. What's more disappointing is that none of your customer support executives are responding or providing any update. This level of service is unacceptable. @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia, I have raised 3 SRs and sent emails, sharing my UPI ID, transaction ID, reference number, and payment proof every time. Yet every ticket is closed without resolution, and my services have been barred. Kindly resolve this immediately. Latest SR: 31-1000014958173
