Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm Amritesh Krishna Hui one of your Airtel subscribers, from the area of Pincode 756032. Sometimes the internet speed is too good but the problem is sometimes it's getting worst, even it's taking 2 to 3 minutes in WhatsApp. (1/2)

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your office of Appellate authority is a standing joke! Appellate officer Karthiga Meganathan believes in responding on a fortnightly basis. A network issue that was raised to the Appellate office has not been resolved and every response is delayed!

@vishalpandey199 @airtelindia Hi Vishal They will do absolutely nothing about it. My network issue is kept pending for 7 months. Their nodal officer, appellate, social media team; all are worthless. I have registered a complain at the consumer forum. Would suggest you to d the same.

@airtelindia we have not being able to use the mobile data as it shows no internet. Also not able to receive or make calls. I don’t know if this is an issue only in Mumbai or my area or the whole country. Didn’t switch from Vodafone for this crap. Pls fix asap
