    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm Amritesh Krishna Hui one of your Airtel subscribers, from the area of Pincode 756032. Sometimes the internet speed is too good but the problem is sometimes it's getting worst, even it's taking 2 to 3 minutes in WhatsApp. (1/2)

    @airtelindia I will not be able to tell each of your employees that I don’t want to switch over fibre net. Even though stating the reason multiple times, calls didn’t stop. What I can do is change the operator company rather than attending calls daily. Very poor experience.

    @airtelindia Airtel India, I have been calling your broadband customer service from two months for a disconnection request. In prev 5 calls I was told it takes 7 days to process the request. Today after 10 days of request,I called your customer service they said it takes 30 days

    @airtelindia why DND option of your's doesn't work ? Do you all have some sort of agreement with some companies for which they can bypass DND and still bug us for loans, credit cards etc. ?

    Since from last one and half year your tariff rates has been increased more than double but why you are not able to provide the signals even for talking, this is not at all fair to travel 1KM for getting mobile signal please provide us the proper signal @airtelindia #TRAIINDIA

    @airtelindia i have getting problem since last week, suddenly there is no network and internet working on my prepaid number. Although your airtel app helpdesk isn't helping me through this. Please look into the matter ASAP.

    @airtelindia prepaid customer service phone options does not work. I keep pressing 1,2,3,etc.. none of those options work. Do you guys receive any calls?
