    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm Amritesh Krishna Hui one of your Airtel subscribers, from the area of Pincode 756032. Sometimes the internet speed is too good but the problem is sometimes it's getting worst, even it's taking 2 to 3 minutes in WhatsApp. (1/2)

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I hv sm issues with my data consumption. I hv tried your app help desk, 198 and 121. None of these solves my problem or even connect me to some person I can talk to. I am hvng this issue for more than a mnth. Pls tell me hw to talk to ur cust. care?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Is airtel customer support team is active? No resolution for the simple name correction for more than 40 days. This is very poor customer service.

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia also, after the complaint, wifi is not working properly. On diagnosing it says all fine, but the browsing and download speed has downgraded to the olden days.

    Pathantic service from @airtelindia i m post paid user there is no network for call and Internet at my village from last 6 month. where as all other network is working fine. coordinates 23.7272113, 72.2610561 expect to resolve ASAP. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
