Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm Amritesh Krishna Hui one of your Airtel subscribers, from the area of Pincode 756032. Sometimes the internet speed is too good but the problem is sometimes it's getting worst, even it's taking 2 to 3 minutes in WhatsApp. (1/2)

@airtelindia When I reached with 300/- I got the talk time worth 275/-. When I call back to customer care, she said those 25/- got deducted to remove the suspension. if we use dish tv we can recharge whenever we want. No need to recharge before it's going to expire.

@airtelindia I have been asking your customer service centre guys to block and issue a duplicate sim card for my grandfather. He is 82 and he can't come to the service centre. Your rep told they will visit home. I have visited the centre 30/4, 2/5. Still no one has visited
