Pathetic service by @airtelindia! Applied and paid for their fiber net & so far haven’t got any response or call from their team. Customer care team is of no use too & just “escalates” issues after 30 mins of hold time. Can’t even get a refund now!

@airtelindia Which planet does your Customer Service, Tech team live on?! 8 phone calls. Repeat story each time. A ticket not resolved. Text messages saying it is resolved. “Transfer call to supervisor” gets the same robotic response as Call team.Service Request 138261098
