    @airtelindia Total worst Network on Delhi and NCR. call drop rates are very high. Very difficult to manage calls during travel in bus or Metro.

Since there is a discripency in ur commitments I do not want to continue. Cancel the connection and process the refund ASAP.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what kind of service you are providing to your customer I logged a complain on 31st Mar for speed issue no action has been taken yet when I called airtel engineer they said “company ne bol diya mat jao router mein aag laga do” 1-1

    "ZERO COMPLAIN ZERO PROBLEM" that's what @airtelindia says to its customer but it doesn't seems to be possible! They can't even update address for their customers those who have shifted to a new place! Quite strange n shameful!

    Everyday same issue. Slow and poor internet and along with call drop. Can not connect to someone in one try. Changing to other network will be last option. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia made such complex customer service! Unable to register surrender & recovery of 1 no. of set top box customer ID 3006-714308; unnecessary half money gone when recharge for use of 2 no. Set top box. @trai
