No message about update on ETA. Got to know from customer care IVR that service might resolve after 9:47am today. New date new time.. issue stands as is. Really disappointed by service and support. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India

Black plan of @airtelindia has always been a problem. Took me several dozens of phone calls & almost a month to get the connection setup & now, without any prior intimation or reason, they have discontinued one of the services (@PrimeVideoIN) that I had paid for. What a shame!
