  @indiain24hr This is sad and pathetic! An employee with @airtelindia for 17 years has to suffer with No PF and No Gratuity! And that too when this person gave many years of his life to the service of this company @airtelnews must help him by giving PF and Gratuity to this person!

  @OfficialDMRC At the metro station, staff are refusing to issue the normal DMRC Smart Card and forcing passengers to buy the Airtel Metro Card by @airtelindia. Passengers should have the option to buy the regular DMRC card. Please look into this issue.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia how pathetic is your customer service. When someone tweets about their complaint, you will ask them to DM to save your face. But you will not reply back in DM to them with updates. HORRIBLE. DISAPPOINTING.

  @talk2anuradha I agree....both @airtelindia and @JioCare customer service are worse. They don't even read the request properly and will reply copy paste answers. They are even scammers.
