You customer support is getting worse day by day.. i have trying from past 15 days to use iptv, i have raised request, paid and even an agent has been assigned.. but no one called or came to install the IPTV, agent number is switched off from past 3 days.. every time i call customer support they say your query would be resolved, or you will receive a call.. nothing is happening. what is the point of airtel black ?

Even 15 minutes ago the speed was 35 mbps, I was warned by my friends that after 4 months of getting a fresh connection, @airtelindia service would detiriorate considerably. And you have done it.
