Hi @airtelindia how long does it take to bring a broadband connection to safe custody? I have been sending emails to your customer care since more than a month. Still no reply. And to top it all, you have disconnected my mobile, even though the mobile bill was paid on time.

Amazing service by #airtel once again. XStream Fibre daily down for 3-4 hours, upon calling they are not responsible. If this continues for 1 more day. I'm gonna take action legally. They took advance payment and now not even listening to our issues. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
