    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's impossible to connect to your customer care. I am looking to change to eSIM but it says my email is not registered. Inspite of going to the airtel store and updating, no luck. On the other hand @JioCare is so reliable and effortless support.

    @airtelindia what an atrocious level of customer feedback airtel is providing. Had given request to port number from one circle to another 10 days ago, no action has been taken until now and I have tried reaching to customer care numerous time still stuck.
