@airtelindia @airtelindia network is not working at Madona colony,borivali west - 400103. The signal strength is zero and unable to make any calls. The service request is showing 9 days from the time it is complaint. 9 days in today's world. Seriously?

@airtelindia compared to Jio we feel Airtel is good before switch/ port. After that only we'll come the reality of the network & support. In advertisements airtel showcases 24*7 customer support, in reality it's not there. Even after calling many times & texting there is no reply

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Using Airtel postpaid platinum plan from last 2 days not able to connect to internet when tried reaching out to customer service they need 15 days to resolve. Worst service from Airtel now better to go with other postpaid provider in market.
