Their ads promise quick support and priority complaint resolution, but my experience has been the exact opposite. I would not recommend Airtel to anyone.

Ivr transfers paid calls to kannada speaking executive. They dont transfer call to hindi or english. Call keeps getting charged. Pure harrassment and earning money too
