I give @reliancejio 1 month more to get me reqd bandwidth. Or i am switching to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

The technician came & said it's not his job & someone else will come, the assigning of technician is not being done as per type of connection, which should be done based on customer id.

Issues are lazily "resolved" remotely without sending a field engineer, only to crash again. 24hrs downtime kills office productivity. Need a permanent fix now!
