    @reliancejio @JioCare no bandwidth at my location jahangirabad , been fed up with services All i get is 2 digit kbps Not more than that Its been 2 yrs worst services. I give @reliancejio 1 month more to get me reqd bandwidth. Or i am switching to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Need support from airtel, installed airtel extreme 12 days ago and also applied for static ip but internet works 1 day and stops again for 2 days. In last 12 days 4 tym brkdwn and nobdy listening. Even static ip ports are closed. DSL 057322059678

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am using airtel from 2011 and presently 5 airtel Sims are active in my family....... Although I'm getting the wrostest network speed, breaking voice on calls Also Your customer service not reachable.. Please look at the matter ..thanks

    @airtelindia Respected sir, With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that my internet connection is disturbed from last 2/3/4/5 days. I am facing trouble as I am having exams and my most of the work is done online and for that, I need a proper internet connection.

    @airtelindia your service is so pathetic that you offer a combined 2.4ghz and 5ghz router but dont have basic functionality to disable band steering...due to your constant network fluctuations, all my 2.4ghz IOT devices are repeatedly getting disconnected...#airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence standard response of replied to DMs wont help becoz their you are not responding or resolving anything. I simply dont want to use airtel fiber wifi services. Simply disconnect. You cannot force me to keep using connection with zero connectivity

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel black/wifi connection is kept in safe custody for the entire billing period of 11.03.26 to 10.04.26. Why I've received a regular bill. It is clear cheating. You are cheating the unsuspecting customer like this giving inflated bill.

    Hey @airtelindia @airtelnews I would like to register a complaint regarding my Airtel Air Fiber which I had installed a year back. For few months it worked well then after 4-5 months it started troubling me. I faced No signals, freezing of TV channels, suddenly TV channels disappear and also the IPTV lagged alot. For all above mentioned issues, I contacted your Airtel team at your store present in Koparkhairane, Sector 15, Navi Mumbai. Many technicians visited my house for the same but still I face many of those issues and I am really not satisfied by their work. Now, from past few months I am facing WiFi issue. I have a package of 40 Mbps speed but I still face speed issues while using my WiFi. I also had contacted your team for WiFi issue, after which a technician visited my home and replaced the WiFi router. Even after placing a new equipment, I face the same issue. Additionally, during my recent interaction with your team, I was advised to restart the router and was informed that certain updates/reset actions had been carried out from your end. However, I have not observed any improvement since then. I am concerned with the quality of service and the response received so far. I request that the same level of promptness shown in taking action for non-payment be extended to resolving the issue I am currently facing. I am also attaching a screenshot showing my speed of WiFi.
