@airtelindia @TRAI When One have Paid the Cost & Installation Charges for Set Top Box, why Can not watch Free Channels if not recharged the connection. I think Free to Air channel must not be Stopped by any service provider.

@airtelindia We don’t have internet for the past 5 days. We lost it on Sat - 10 Dec and have been complaining since and it hasn’t been resolved yet. Every day I’m calling to complain and requesting for it to be resolved. Worst service ever! I can’t work properly without wifi.
