@airtelindia @TRAI When One have Paid the Cost & Installation Charges for Set Top Box, why Can not watch Free Channels if not recharged the connection. I think Free to Air channel must not be Stopped by any service provider.

They do not allow to reopen so you have raise a fresh ticket repeatedly. In twitter, regularly you get a response which seems to be sent by a bot.

Now 2 days past since my complaint they have not solved it yet , and they simply messaged me that your issue is resolved . I am consistently calling 4-5 times a day but their customer care is worst .
