@airtelindia @TRAI When One have Paid the Cost & Installation Charges for Set Top Box, why Can not watch Free Channels if not recharged the connection. I think Free to Air channel must not be Stopped by any service provider.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic service. Recharged a day before expiry. Today is 3rd day still not yet active the plan. 5-6 times called to customer care, mail sent with transaction iD. Not sure when it will be resolved. Don’t advertise zero complain first solve it.
