  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jaagograhakjago My airtel wifi shows "No Connection" daily for an hour or two daily. Have to daily raise a request. Yet no solution worst customer support. Please check what is happening. This is not fair. Missed important meetings because of this.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi in our area is off since more than 24 hours and I cannot even raise a separate complaint from airtel thanks app as they say work is under progress. We suffer this outage almost every monsoon. Please look into this!

  Hi @airtelindia i have installed new air fiber service last month wifi modem is not working for past 2 days and i have raised a ticket too Its been 48 hours still no one called.. But the ticket is showing as resolved and it states modem is replaced. What’s happening? #airtel

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've had no Wi-Fi for the past 5 days despite raising a complaint last Thursday. Neither Airtel customer care nor the field service team has resolved the issue, and Airtel continues to delay the resolution with no clear timeline. Pathetic service.

  @airtelindia This is TOTAL HARASSMENT by @Airtel_Presence! Wasted money in prepaid, then forced me to switch to postpaid promising better speed, but SAME USELESS SERVICE! Speed drops right after resolving complaints. Stop looting customers! Resolve this permanent issue NOW! @TRAI
