    Why the hell don't telecom companies provide a calling-only plan? the basic recharge, it's starting at ₹349. My papa stays at home. He doesn't need mobile internet. He hardly watches YouTube. All he needs is to keep his SIM active and call his friends and relatives. We already have Wi-Fi at home. He doesn't go outside much except to the farm. He doesn't need 2 GB/day, unlimited 5G, or SMS. I don't think he even uses 1 GB in 28 days. Still, every month I have to recharge ₹349 @reliancejio just to keep his number active and let him make calls. @JioCare and @airtelindia , why are you forcing people to pay for services they don't even use? What should I do? I only want to keep his SIM card active and let him make calls. I don't want to spend ₹350+ every month on data that will never be used. Is there any other option I'm missing? ₹349 may not look like much to some people, but if we're not using 90% of what's included, what's the point? There should be a simple and affordable calling-only and SMS plan, especially for senior citizens and people who don't use mobile data. Anyone else facing the same issue.

    HI @airtelindia Hi @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence, We are still waiting for Airtel 5G services in our area (PIN Code: 184206, Jammu & Kashmir). Many Airtel users here are facing slow internet speeds due to the lack of 5G coverage. Kindly look into this issue. Thank you. 📶🙏

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I've been an Airtel customer for 4 years and never faced such issues until I shifted my connection to my new address. I hope this is an issue with the local service team and request an immediate resolution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Seriously disappointing service. My Airtel broadband has been completely down for 2 days, and there is still no proper resolution. I’m paying for a service that I’m unable to use, yet the issue continues without a clear update or timeline

    Airtel service in Bhubaneswar has become frustrating. Internet connectivity is inconsistent, and calls from Airtel to Jio often disconnect. Once a call drops, making or receiving calls becomes difficult for the rest of the day. @airtelindia @airtelnews @bhartiairtelfdn

    @airtelindia getting cyber crime call from +911206059490. Stating calling from nippon insurance, ur policy got seized pay premium, when I don't have any policy . Ur complaint site not accepting it says 10 digit mobile no required. The no stated above not allowed why?

    Sick and tired of @airtelindia poor international roaming. 9 times out of 10 I’m unable to make any calls even though I had full network bars. I keep rebooting and doing whatever is recommended online but nothing changes. If it continues like this, I’ll need a refund for my pack
