    @hellochaitu @airtelindia Yes,it happened with me once due to payment gateway issue. For me 84 days plan. They will extend it.

    Wi-Fi is down for 4 days and there's no resolution provided. There's no one to speak to in CC as well. Worst services ever @airtelindia. If I call CC, they are offering other Wi-Fi packages instead of getting someone to resolve.

    @airtelindia I’m amazed to know your Store’s service associates that instead to solving the real issue of the customer’s they are actually fulfilling their monthy target by selling them something which they didn’t even need and cost them 4 times. really disappointed

    Is there a way to escalate this issue to @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia? I've run out of ways trying to reach them. Not having WiFi work for 3 days in a row is frankly unacceptable.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @Airtel your network is again down in Shivaji Housing Society, Senapati Bapat Road Behind JW Marriott Pune 411016. Hope you know this issue and are working on it. No signal in Cell or Aur-WiFi

    Damn!!! How bad is @airtelindia and it's WiFi connections. Network has been down since Friday. No way to raise a complaint on app or phone or speak to anyone. Their AI says network issue in area and will be resolved in 5 hours. This is from 3 days. So frustrating and annoying!!!
