On top of that, I received a very rude response from the customer care agent stating that the resolution time is six days & they can't do anything about it. @airtelindia if the customer care service is going to be so horrible then why do you show ads about aiming for zero ads?

@airtelindia the incoming SMS services on my number +917524014727 have stopped since 11AM today and this issue has happened for the third time in last six months. I raised a complaint but the resolution time is six days which is tottally unacceptable.
