    @airtelindia pathetic service provided by AirtelXtreme, created a ticket for a plan change on 2nd and I’m still following up, nothing done and the team has no clue how to resolve the issue, they have just been asking me to check in 24 hrs hoping the issue to resolve on its own

I am fed up with you responses. Its time to say bye to @airtelindia . Thank you for your harrasment.

    @airtelindia I am facing internet issue so i have registered a complaint to cc but it says the issues will resolve by tomorrow....worst service by airtel

    @airtelindia Such a frustrating service you are giving. After a day of installation of DTH i am even unable to watch any channel i am subscribed to in my Airtel xtream settop box. Every representative tells same bloody ******* story to refresh channels and nothing happening.

    Kindly look into this @Airtel_Presence as I am tired of calling Customer care and they have no ground level contact. Assigned engineers are unaware of upper level. I have choose @airtelindia over rest of the broadband providers just to face this. Totally Unprofessional. #Airtel
