    @airtelindia Service Request Number 31-1000013076197. Been struggling with phone network connectivity at my Home since Feb’26. Airtel folks doesn’t seem to be bothered but. Zero accountability. Zero Assurance. Zero Empathy. Atrocious services by Airtel.

    Frustrated with Airtel Xtreme Wifi services, I'm along with 20 customers waiting for a minor issue due to which our internet services are disrupted since 8 hrs in daylight. This too happens quartely. Higgly recommend to avoid this else will hve to repent like me. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have postpaid connection, with 3 family plan , Iam following up with the customer care as I have problem of call drop as well as internet drop very frequently every 10 - 16 min, No response from ur chatbot, I feel it is dummy, Poor, bill is full.

    @airtelindia @TRAI paying for expensive recharge, still getting very poor network and internet. This is unacceptable. Location: sarbanandapur, Laldaha post office, 731204,WB Kindly fix this issue ASAP or take necessary action.

    @airtelindia Worst service. Set Top Box already returned (Shiprocket confirmed), yet Ekart keeps sending wrong pickup requests. My WiFi router is still not picked up. Fix this within 24 hours or I escalate to Consumer Forum. @EkartLogistics

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Time has come down,Better to Close operation in Serilinampally Mandal,Deepthi Srinagar colony ward no 110,GHMC Circle Chanda Nagar,TS.V were yelling out last one month,a small vedio can't get opened keep running clock wise circle, Fedup, V go BSNL

    @HBhagwathi @airtelindia Are you an Airtel fibre user or SIM. Airtel fibre has a lot of issues, Jio will give you better connectivity but the problem with jio is that their wired fibre is not everywhere and their network has generally high latency.
