    @reliancejio it has been more than 10 hours now but there is no sight of your network here at Nirjuli, Arunachal Pradesh. Of late, this has been a regular phenomenon with Jio. I rue the day when I decided to go with Jio. It’s time to port out to @airtelindia

    @JioCare Requesting you to please improve the coverage and data Speed inside the Rajiv Gandhi University campus at Rono Hills, Doimukh, Arunachal Pradesh. It is currently well below standards. @airtelindia network is far better. I don't want to port out as yet.

    Why does @airtelindia has such an irritating customer care service? On calling 121, first it tells me my account balance in 0.5x speed even though I have not asked for it. Post that it's not even taking an keypad input & the bot keeps repeating the same message! 😑😑

    Airtel network only advertises of 5G, but unable to provide speed of even 3G. I am stuck in it only bcoz of yearly recharge otherwise I would have opted for better option. Shame @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

    I don’t know about everyone else but my experience is that customer service experience has really become terrible universally. There are hardly any companies that genuinely care about their customer experience. @ICICIBank , @Olacabs and @airtelindia are the worst in my opinion.

    Dear @Airtelindia, I am using Airtel for the last 15 years, Last month i converted my connection to prepaid, Since then 4G on my phone has been pathetic. Forcing me to port my number to JIO. Thank you for 15 years of service on postpaid but pathetic on prepaid.
