@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Really pathetic service guys can't get a wifi fixed even after 21 days??? Multiple calls and follow ups still no effect. No response even from your installation team and all I get is we will escalate and it will be done in so and so time.

@airtelindia @VittalGopal , Airtel has the worst service to loyal customers, 11 years user and my # was disconnected when i was out of India 2 months back, running between stores, calls, emails but no resolution till date. want my number back, will never use airtel again if not.

I recently ported from @JioCare to @airtelindia though Jio had signal issue for which I had move out but their pricing on postpaid was very good , @airtelindia it’s time to revisit your base plan package. 399 seems too high

Last few days, I had multiple issues with my @airtelindia BB connection. It's got disconnected frequently because of rain. I reached out to customer care. Also I reach out to Mr. Karthik Kumar P.L, SR manager. He is always patient and goes out of his boundary to help customers.
