    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India I have post paid connection from last two years I am trying to convert it into pre paid due to very High charges and bad services but airtel customer care and store denying from last two years and not changing it into pre paid. Kindly do it urgently

    .@airtelindia It’s been 2 days and the WiFi is still down. Either fix it or take your router back. Pathetic service and zero customer support. My ARPU is probably higher than many metro users, yet this is the level of service. @TRAI you’ve killed competition completely

    @airtelindia has the worst customer service. Trying again and again to connect with customer care, waiting forever, pressing endless buttons, and every single time there’s a ‘takniki kharabi’. Seriously frustrating #airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Raised multiple complaints about persistent network issues (poor signal, disconnections, slow speeds) but still unresolved. As a postpaid customer, I expect priority 5G service. Also unable to cancel my Data Booster pack despite repeated attempts.

    @airtelindia - I’ve been an Airtel postpaid customer for over 6 years and have been repeatedly reaching out via email to remove an unused data-only add-on number from my family plan. Unfortunately, I keep receiving the same generic responses instead of an actual resolution.
