    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what kind of priority you are giving to Airtel black customer. My Internet is not working from 3 days and your chat box has only a standard reply that we are working on it. The same reply is been given to non black customer also. Then what’s the use

    No sign of getting the IP TV connection at my place. request again raised on 26th aug.26 @ Noida Sector 137 airtel store with Amit 9999446884. later visited twice for follow up. nothing has been moved. pathetic service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve already shared all the details in DM. This isn’t a minor inconvenience anymore the slow internet is seriously hampering our office productivity and disrupting work. We’re paying for a 300 Mbps plan, yet struggling with basic connectivity and upload speeds.

    @airtelindia if you are unable to support your infrastructure then please don’t advertise something you can’t deliver. I had bsnl before and I thought bsnl was the problem being govt entity. But I was wrong, in Dehradun Airtel fails more than bsnl in broadband segment
