@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi had bought broadband 4 months back still I'm not yet got my connection when I enquiry local service man he always says it will come in 1 month or 2 months. Connection is get laying of some blunt excuses. I'm not happy with this.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very disappointed by airtel service. Not able to make call and Internet. Raise a complaint in 19th nov. 2021. And still after 40 days nothing done. please confirm if you have some resolution or I have to port to another.

Applied for new connection of Broadband on 26th December 2021. Its been 4 days no connection has been provided to me. All amount has been paid. Such a pathetic service you guys are providing to your new customers. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
