    @airtelindia Very dissatisfied with the Airtel broadband service - Frequent disconnection, speed issues. So much benefit of being a Platinum customer.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I did not received any updates on installation nor the refund was processed, it's been a week since I made payment ... And you guys are not not even confirming if installation can be done or not. Really you customer service is worst

    Hello @airtelindia HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND NO LEVEL OF COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ITS BEEN A WEEK AND EVEN TODAY NOBODY IS READY TO GIVE ME AN EXACT ETA FOR THE PROBLEM. A request to upgrade the broadband plan is pending from last week.  dsl ID - 02094126397_MH
