  @TRAI how can telecom operator @airtelindia remove sms service in base pack. They are forcing customers not to utilize MNP service. Now I need to recharge with monthly pack to shift to other network. They are killing customer rights.

  @airtelindia. Contd.. The worst part is there is zero co-ordination b/w these guys.. When i call the customer care they simply kept my call on hold for 15min.. I have lost trust in your network and in your policy towards customer support. You guys are worst in broad band space..

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence all peoples in airtel are harami and cheating with customers. My issue is pending from more than 1 month and still not resolved. I also sent many mails to nodal officers and they are not interested to resolve my problem. Very very rubbished airtel

  @JioCare Thanks Jio for the super prompt service. Truly appreciate the speed. Mostly by tomorrow morning your fibre net will be active. As such now I don't but @airtelindia I haven't received any call till now. Pathetic service by airtel.

  Enrolled for an airtel xstream connection on 19th July.. not installed so far even after calling customer care for three days straight. Does anyone cares at airtel? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence decided to port my parents airtel numbers to jio, so that airtel get some time to improve their network and coverage without worrying about disturbance to customers, so that they get more revenue

  @DoT_India @TRAI @airtelindia Please look into the matter , if we port from Airtel to other networks we have to recharge a minimum of 129 i.e. an unlimited pack which is a higher amount many customers facing this issue...
