  @airtelindia Recharged ₹899 for 2GB/day + Unlimited 5G, but it now shows 1.5GB/day without 5G. Please refund/rollback or update the plan. Your executive promised resolution in 4 hours last night, but no update yet. Please fix this. contact now as its going to be active tonight.

  @airtelindia Your Wi-Fi service has been going down repeatedly for the last couple of days. This is extremely frustrating and clearly not a one-time issue. Please investigate the root cause and provide a permanent fix instead of temporary resolutions. @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @airtelnews Since yesterday morning the Airtel services specific to wifi is down and no resolution provided till date. Initially it was said that by 2:30 pm outage will be resolved then by 8:30 pm and now by 6:30 am today.

  @airtelindia I use your network since 15years even your plans was Expensive there but the 5G even 4G speed here is very very poor 2MBPS at 5G after this higher Recharge plans you have to provide gud service you guys just increase the tariff not service

  @airtelindia has apparently invented a new feature: “Choose your own ₹3,999 bill, no consent required.” My parents' Airtel number was charged ₹3,999 for an IR pack they never authorized. First Airtel said it was activated through WhatsApp. (1/2)

  @airtelindia if u don't want to listen customer problem then why u give option for calling executive. I called twice and after listening 1 line, call gets disconnected. On Airtel app, u just give chatbot who don't even understand the problem. Pathetic service @airt
