@airtelindia dear Airtel , u network coverage is getting worst day by day . My Office is in cyber hub and i live in faridabad. i can vouch 9out of 10times u wont b able to talk continuously for 5minutes on ggn fbd entire route. Plz do smthg, customer i like me are getting fed up.

@airtelindia Most hopeless service. I am trying to avail services since last couple of days no response from airtel team in thanks app or on Twitter. I regret and am kicking myself for choosing Black. True to its name it is really black. Hopeless program with hopeless staff.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel has certainly started looting people. Their plans are not customer friendly now .Their recharge option of 79 rs does not even include message balance. Further,normal recharge is also not convertible to sms balance. pathetic experience now.
