  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I m Mayank Jain, with wifi+tv plan of Rs.699 And there is no wifi network from 2 days, because of which we can't view TV as well, their is no way to contact some person to get this resolved. Ur automated customer care is not helpful delhi - 110051

  @airtelindia It seems you guys have nexus with spam callers. I raised complaint against spam caller using TRAI DND app. You closed complaint saying couldn't find call record for reported content. I hope you know DND app only allow to raise complaint when you have call record.

  Hello @airtelindia I switched to a new phone and my esim was transferred yesterday. My SMS posting has issues. I am unable to send/receive messages incl OTPs. Calls work fine. Your 121 call is endless loop. And even app needs an OTP to login. PLEASE HELP URGENTLY

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Really disappointed with the service as installation is not done yet even after multiple followups with customer support, Sales Team & installation team. Installation team is saying it's cancelled, without my confirmation, but in app it's under process.

  @airtelindia Airtel service in my area is disappointing. Despite raising multiple requests through the app and sending emails, there’s no improvement. Requests are simply closed without being addressed.
