@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia- So I installed AirtelFibre for continuous high speed internet, but guess what..I am facing internet issue 3rd time in 45 days. Can't connect to internet from last 6hrs. Are we getting extra days after validity because I can't see u guys fixing it.

@airtelindia Hi Team, I have been requesting to cancel my airtel account 7038931111. But all I am getting is a system generated response. I have also been calling customer care but there is no option to cancel. I have been emailing them since July. Will not pay August bill.

Airtel Broadband has one of the worst customer service experience. Raised a shifting request 2 days ago and it is pending yet. Called the customer care multiple times but got different ETAs and excuses. No reply to DMs from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence as well.
