    @airtelindia They will make you run from pillar to post . Poor customer care facility by @airtelindia . No provision to file complaint on Airtel App or 121. Waiting for five days to get new broadband connection despite paying advance payment. No response by airtel on phone after advance.

    @airtelindia please train your customer service with help of @SwiggyCares @swiggy_in. Even though they are available on chat, they aren't prompt, and help the customer to the best of their ability, and COMPENSATE when there's an issue.

    Your company has been continuously providing the worst 4g service in my area for the recent 8 months. Speed is Only 40 to 50 kbps. I made 4- 5 complaints in last months but you guys are not taking it seriously. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    I want to urge not to take Airtel Broadband connection as I received pathetic service. I’ve done the KYC on 19_Nov_20 and it is still pending after following up from day one for installation.@airtelindia @AirtelPresence
