    @DoT_India @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence And send sms to service provider numbers also customers should recharge separately for main balance otherwise we can't sms even call to customer care 198 we should need activate monthly pack! This kind of things make huge burden &Headache to customers. Pls bring some mandator2/n

    If you are thinking of switching to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence broadband services, DON'T. Every week you will face some or other issue and your off day from work will be invested i waiting for the technician to arrive and fix it. Worthless, hopeless service.

    Dear airtel our 6 years old bond will going to break. Broadband not working since last 5 days. Not a single action were taken to addressed the issue. No response from local team, customer care, escalation team and grievance cell except assurances @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
