By sale of sim in 1 rupees they will bring more losses as they should focus on network issue 😞😞

I have BSNL broadband since 4 years, moved 2 states in between. No complaints in service except the closure/transfer process. Seen AE's respond immediately in both states.

Please fix the root cause, not just run another diagnostic. If you can’t resolve it, let me know so I can switch providers. #BheedMeinBhiSpeed 🙄
