  Hi @airtelindia do you have a customer service number where customers can call because your app doesn’t seem to be registering a complaint. The internet service at our place in chennai is down and the follow up has been very poor.

  @airtelindia My wifi has not been wrking since d last 24h & u guys keep increasing the deadline like it's nothing. u'll charge a late fee if a customer doesn't pay on time but ur service will be unavlble but u wont pay fine bt u'll charge full month bill. Keep looting customers.

  @reliancejio @JioCare only asks customers to DM their number And address Never provides a real solution. In my experience, it's currently one of the worst network operators in India Poor service, false promises and no value for customers @airtelindia network is 100x better

  @airtelindia Airtel has reduced the 5G speed to 30-40mbps only for prepaid customers after introducing priority postpaid scheme/fast lane service. Prepaid customers have been cheated.

  @airtelindia Raised an internet connectivity issue on 11.06.2026 with Airtel and got a message from Airtel that "you will hear back by 26.06.2026 at 8 pm." What a commitment towards service resolution by @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence . Hope it will be resolved soon
