    Talk about a great first impression! 🙃 Tried porting my number to @airtelindia postpaid, and was promised SIM delivery today. Spoiler: No one came. If this is how you treat potential new customers, I dread to think what happens after joining. @Airtel_Presence fix this.

    @sonali0_ @JioCare You r going to suffer a lot in @airtelindia because I had raised network related issue in my both postpaid Airtel numbers in my home location but they simply kept on closing my complaints in every 10-12 days without resolution and again I had to raise new complaint.

    Airtel it is 2026 and you can not even provide a simple tech of internet and network, I am a working professional and my work is totally depends on the internet what is the use of this black title I am not satisfied with your service inwill not pay u a single penny @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Nowadays, your service and customer engagement has fallen to third grade level. On one hand, the signal coverage & call connectivity has turned pathetic in Chennai. It's almost BLANK in South Chennai indoors and we are forced to manage with WiFi or WhatsApp calls. Call dropping & Connectivity is another big pain. Add to that, these (attached) growing harassment SMS threatening customers that Service may be BLOCKED and lose receiving OTPs. Such rude messages are being sent from 1 week before the actual expiry date. @airtelindia your business is roaring due to the duopoly in India and yet you stoop so low? Gone are the days when you were reliable & sensible in your service. Now, you are neither Premium in your service nor in your customer engagement. We are stuck without alternatives and we long for the days of 2010s.
