    @airtelindia : Hello, I raised a service request for airtel xtreme fiber. I was made to pay the money, but nobody arrived for installation and the guy who made me pay (through a valid link) is not picking up calls. What a painful experience. How can I get my money back.

    @airtelindia I am facing a lot of problems from last 13 days in Airtel Xtream fibre, it stopped working suddenly and I complained about it the engineer told me he will visit but he didn't and stopped responding to the calls and the Airtel customer care is of no help Unacceptable
