As I am an old customer and I have already paid deposit for Rs 2500. Still STB isnt installed yet. I have called customer care and appealate number but no help. Why shld I prepay for 6 months with no STB and apps. I rather switch to @airtelindia. Ticket # SR0000132EHQ.
