    Another day and my Airtel broadband is STILL WORKING despite repeated disconnection requests. Why am I being forced to pay for a service I’ve asked to terminate multiple times?     @lexilier_ @airtelindia Damn, support loops are real. If you can, cancel via the MyAirtel app or mail a written request with your account details, then ask for a confirmation SMS. What exact wording does their support use when you get stuck?

    Hello @airtelindia I booked the wifi on 21 April, agent number was +91 8139985574, till now nobody is responding. I called the team lead Priyanka also, all are so careless. Still i didn't get any service from Airtel. Such a worst experience. Worst customer support.#airtel
