    I have decided to Port to @airtelindia This is my 2nd port from Vodafone.. In 2019 because of strange problem I ported to Airtel. This is my father's Vodafone sim. I am Porting his sim to Airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I regret choosing Airtel SIM. Multiple complaints, same issue, no permanent fix. Only new deadlines and auto-closed complaints. People should check real customer service before buying Airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence One of the worst services I've ever received. Fake promises. Nothing was resolved from your end before and nothing is going to happen now as well. My problem is going to be ignored again. I'd rather move to a local provider than @airtelindia #airtel Bad Service.

    @Airtel_Presence Very disappointing support @airtelindia / @Airtel_Presence DLT registration is blocked for days due to repeated 502 errors on the portal. Shared screenshots and Airtel number multiple times via DM. Still no resolution, callback, or update. Please take business clients seriously

    Disappointed with @airtelindia . My 79yr old father is severely ill & confined to bed. His SIM card is damaged, & the store is barely 4km away, yet we are told home service isn't possible. How can a senior citizen get a replacement? Please escalate & help. @Airtel_Presence

    @imohitshekhawat @airtelindia Convert to prepaid first. Then after a few months you can decide to continue or port it to other operator. You don't have any immediate fix.

    @airtelindia But nobody is bothered to do anything. I have been a long time customer with Airtel and never ever late on payment but because of Airtel deficiency of service i am suffering without any fault of mine

    @Airtel_Presence Details shared in DM, but still no response or call received. Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down since 17 May, 11 PM with LOS red light on router. Wrong engineers assigned twice and no resolution despite repeated complaints. Kindly resolve this urgently. @airtelindia
