    We Thought To Take The Airtel Black Plan With DTH and BB Of 1099 Plan But In the Thanks Application It is Showing BB Is in ARP Plan Which is Not Eligible. Till 5th April It is Eligible And Now It's Not Eligible and Very Bad Decision Taken by Airtel Black Team. @airtelindia

    Those were the days when @airtelindia use to provide customer service on time, now the resolution time keeps delaying and lands on third day from the time issue began. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please look into the issue.

    Calling customer care they will take the side of the employee stating that sir it is only two days. He will install it. When I told to plz shut my service she told that our executive will call and give back your refunds. Till now no refunds or installation. @airtelindia

    (1/2) @airtelindia because of lack of knowledge of your agent, he misguided me in choosing a broadband AND DTH plan. After making the payment and BB connection now he is telling DTH pack can't be added in yours.. And your customer care agents are telling they can't change
