    We Thought To Take The Airtel Black Plan With DTH and BB Of 1099 Plan But In the Thanks Application It is Showing BB Is in ARP Plan Which is Not Eligible. Till 5th April It is Eligible And Now It's Not Eligible and Very Bad Decision Taken by Airtel Black Team. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Worst experience with Airtel. Without any proper resolution, my service was suspended and the plan got unbundled unexpectedly. Customer support is completely unresponsive and unhelpful. This kind of poor service is unacceptable. Kindly resolve. #Airtel #WorstService

    Hello @airtelindia I am facing network issues at my location. Raised complaint many time on Airtel app. But issue is not resolved till now and nobody visited the place to check the issue.

    @Bharat_Chauhan5 @airtelindia They are highly inefficient. @airtelindia's service is amongst the worst. Multiple teams may connect with you and each team will not have an idea of what the other team is doing. Am saying based on my experience in which they took weeks to months to resolve my issue!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence using the airtel xstream from a while now , I own a gaming cafe and Relying on single Connection only but in every 2 month i face the same network issue, literally pissed with the service engineer isn’t aligned yet, Complain has been open from 3 days

    @airtelindia I have order a wifi plan of Airtel but It is postpaid connection and I want prepaid connection so I want to cancell my postpaid connection and want 1500 refund as well pls look up at this issue @Airtel_Services

    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia we spoke yday, still waiting for unbundling to be compl. Everytime when I call to your customer care on 121 , they say it is under process and will be completed within 24 hours . This feedback is getting stretched from 18th may 2026
