    We Thought To Take The Airtel Black Plan With DTH and BB Of 1099 Plan But In the Thanks Application It is Showing BB Is in ARP Plan Which is Not Eligible. Till 5th April It is Eligible And Now It's Not Eligible and Very Bad Decision Taken by Airtel Black Team. @airtelindia

    Shifted to Ahmedabad. Thought good ol #airtel would be fine. But the last one month has been horrible. Wifi got connected after 10 days of waiting. Then no wifi connection as soon as the room shifts. No reply. No response. No customer care. @airtelindia is clearly no Jio

    Hey @airtelindia, my Wi-Fi's been out for over two days now. I called customer service, and they just said there was an outage and engineers were on it, but they wouldn't give me a timeline for when it'd be fixed. You guys owe me for these two days. Provide me area manager no.?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia TERRIBLE & WORST SERVICE. Internet not working from 10 Aug at my retail store in chennai. Complaint raised. Till now NO ACTION taken by Airtel to restore.Not able to use my online billing & stock software which is disrupting entire operation.

    Highly unethical behavior by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia! Field engineer 'Shubhash' deceitfully took OTP over call, falsely closed my router replacement ticket & raised an unauthorized shifting request without consent. Internet is totally down & he’s ignoring calls! Fix ASAP!

    @JioCare, You’re service/data is more shittier than @airtelindia When there’s no electricity, even sending a WA msgs feels like miracle Your Customer Advisor knowns nothing except fake promises of resolving in 24-48 hrs. Pretty sure, Next they’ll promise a @Starlink connection

    @airtelindia worst servicee ever . My internet was frequently disconnecting from a few days ago.. first they changed adapter … now changed the modem hardware . And now just for 1 day i used the internet and today its down since morning and still not working .
