    We Thought To Take The Airtel Black Plan With DTH and BB Of 1099 Plan But In the Thanks Application It is Showing BB Is in ARP Plan Which is Not Eligible. Till 5th April It is Eligible And Now It's Not Eligible and Very Bad Decision Taken by Airtel Black Team. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I am your customer from April 2020 and using two postpaid calling number along with one Wi-Fi connection. As you aware that after the pandemic every work is on online mode where we need high speed but from six months having continuous speed issue. Kindly look into.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence To whom I need to contact if my broadband issue is not resolved after making multiple calls to customer service .technical team came up to see the issue on issue raised date i.e.,23rd and no response from them when I make a call.

    @airtelindia My fiber connection is frequently giving problems . It was down for several hours, 3-4 times in past one week (Its down today as well) . why should I pay full amount for services of 20 -25 days of a month .

    @airtelindia should be awarded a prize for being the most hopeless network. In a day of 24 hours, they can't provide good network even for 24 minutes
