We Thought To Take The Airtel Black Plan With DTH and BB Of 1099 Plan But In the Thanks Application It is Showing BB Is in ARP Plan Which is Not Eligible. Till 5th April It is Eligible And Now It's Not Eligible and Very Bad Decision Taken by Airtel Black Team. @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - customer care disconnecting cls for Airtel Black Customer shows the level of "Lack of problem solving Attitude" the company follows. Thrice your executives disconnected the call when they couldn't resolve the query. Makes me wonder whether to stay!
