    We Thought To Take The Airtel Black Plan With DTH and BB Of 1099 Plan But In the Thanks Application It is Showing BB Is in ARP Plan Which is Not Eligible. Till 5th April It is Eligible And Now It's Not Eligible and Very Bad Decision Taken by Airtel Black Team. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence m loosing important calls bcoz of pathetic network, called ur customer service they told me to wait for 15 days n visit ur store for a new sim. u deliver new connections sim at home n asking old customer to visit store. ths is hw u treat ur customrs?

    Pathetic service from @airtelindia. For five days my Broadband has not been shifted as I move homes. Daily I call and daily they make excuses.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia I have registered for airtel fiber. Paid full money on day 1 on the promise that with in 72 hours my connection will be installed. But 5 DAYS!! has been passed my connection is not installed. Consumer care also not able to help me on this. This is cheating!

    @Amarbitu04 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Better to take the refund and go for other service providers. They plans are expensive. My connection is down for last 20 days no proper resolution. Pathetic service, Pathetic customer support.

    @Airtel_Presence it’s a shame and humiliating experience with Airtel. Pathetic service chasing you Airtel from last 2 days. No response nothing . People refer my request from here and there. Such a sham. Sham on you Airtel and the expertise you gave it to customer. @airtelindia
