What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

So I got a Airtel Xstream Fiber connection 15 days ago, In these 15 days today its the third time i am having no internet issues and which has led to professional losses, I request @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , pls fix my problem for once and all or refund my 3 months package

@janam_parikh @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sir, consider yourself lucky. More than 10 months & still no resolution to a complaint with multiple reminders. They are so competent that you will get a call from an Airtel agent on your Airtel number asking you to port to Airtel.

@reliancejio @JioCare Guys do you have any turnaround time for the Fiber connectivity? On a live site, it's been more than 5 days when your sales guy signed me up. I guess @airtelindia charges extra but has much better service. Now I would not even like to test your service.
