    @airtelindia You clam that you are the fastest network in India rigth. But I don't agree with that. Bcz I'm facing lot of problem bcz of low network. Recently my father change Airtel to jio. If this goes on you are going 2 loose a lot of costomer's. Here is my pin code no. 786602

    What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

I tried Live chat feature in Airtel Thanks app but it only gives me pre generated bot selection and responses I tried 121 and 198 but those only yeild IVR messages and no option to talk to representative I ordered installation of AirFiber and paid the advance but due to some installation complications I want to cancel it and get my refund, please help @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I mistakenly recharged my phone 2 times with the same recharge pack i.e. Rs 838 with 3-4 days of gap in between. I can't even reach out to the customer care to discuss this issue. Why is it so difficult to talk to a customer care executive?
