What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

@airtelindia I'm genuine customer of yours since last 5 years using prepaid sim, airtel fibre and dth. Today because of some issue my SIM card stopped working. Went to gallery at circle office in Panvel Raigad. Such a pathetic staff. Denied to help & behaves so rudely

Dear @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence these two months have been pathetic. Worst service ever nither indoor or outdoor. Call drop, worst 4g speed, not getting connected, long silence, call failed. All these issues are very frequent. Very dissatisfied with the service.
