    @airtelindia You clam that you are the fastest network in India rigth. But I don't agree with that. Bcz I'm facing lot of problem bcz of low network. Recently my father change Airtel to jio. If this goes on you are going 2 loose a lot of costomer's. Here is my pin code no. 786602

    @airtelindia I have 2 airtel sim card both are running. But till now airtel can't provide me/us 5g speed network. So I request to airtel kindly provide us 5g network coverage as soon as possible. Pin - 782446

    What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

    @JioCare Still there is no resolution. Do one thing, if this is the level of your service, then please refund my money and take your setup back. I would happily use @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence or any other local service provider.

    @airtelindia my WiFi is not working since last 4 days yesterday technician called me and said he will come but he didn’t visit. What an unprofessional behavior by your team. Poor customer service

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel Wifi has been down since 23 May after engineers came to resolve a issue I was facing and promised only a 3-hour outage. Its been almost 72 hours now, and I have no Wifi. I’m being told to wait till 28 May for further help. Poor service!

    Hello @airtelindia i ported my Sim from jio to Airtel... They said after activation recharge will be done automatically but I'm waiting still no recharge done? There's no proper customer help. Where is my free airtel recharge for port? Who will responsible now?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Paid last night, Wi-Fi still down. Repeated issues every week & no real support, only auto replies/promotions. Fix this immediately or I escalate to TRAI.

    All users are highly frustrated. Please upgrade/convert our location network to 5G as soon as possible so we can get proper connectivity and remain with Airtel.If this isn't resolved quickly, we will be forced to port our numbers to another network. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    dear sir @airtelindia is a scam. If you send a message for new SIM they will call in 10 minutes. But if you raise a service request, it will never be attended.
