What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

@airtelindia You clam that you are the fastest network in India rigth. But I don't agree with that. Bcz I'm facing lot of problem bcz of low network. Recently my father change Airtel to jio. If this goes on you are going 2 loose a lot of costomer's. Here is my pin code no. 786602

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I and submitted my application on 12th April 2021 for getting building connected for your fibre service. Then your person had said 7-10 days. It's been 15 days now. Haven't heard from anyone. I had even paid for 6 months which got cancelled.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had done a prepaid recharge of Rs. 1498 for my mobile no. on 26th of March (transaction Id - 210326103424). I had an ongoing plan then which expired recently & was expecting 1498 plan to kick off. But it did not happen. Could you plz check & help ?
