What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

Twitter can't refresh for last 4-6 hours. Data is pathetically slow every evening. And @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has no response for more than 15 days. Calls themselves the best service providers?!

@airtelindia @airtelnews I have ported from jio in December. But now I have started facing the worst network ever at Nawada district. Tried by airtel thanks app but unhelpful. If the network near budhaul can be upgraded then I'll stay with airtel. Or else I have to leave.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Last time technician said he will change location of modem. It's been 3 days that he is missing. I registered complaint again today and it got resolved and closed without my confirmation. Is this how Airtel has started to work???
