I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

Despite raising multiple requests and follow-ups, I have not received any proper response from Airtel support. Some are even sending me the OTPs and it looks like a complete fraud.
