    What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

    @airtelindia stop advertising that you believe in transparency and full customer satisfaction. Issues as small as payment realization can't be handled by your team! Been chasing them for past 10 days and the team without even reverting over email keep closing the concern!
