    What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

    @airtelindia Complain and Escalation. Company Grows with Good People, if people are bad company goes down. Now same with Airtel as Technical Team is worst if Complain raised. Airtel refused to resolve technical complaint when phone lines and internet is dead. Sajeed 9822296465

    @airtelindia can you please resolve my wifi issue. I've tried all Airtel apps and called every number Airtel numbers. Listening to all computer voices have been very disappointing experience. App claims they're sending a team but it's been days since days but to no avail.

    @JioCare I cleared all my dues while porting my number to Airtel @airtelindia. However, my number has been blocked for a petty sum of Rs 30. I ve been trying to pay this at jio store colaba Mumbai for past three days but they are unable to help. Please help. So frustrating
