What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi Airtel, went to your Law college square, Nagpur outlet for filing complaint about my airtel DTH.. Spent 2 hours there as they sold me Airtel black plan first.. But they could not assign a single technician even after my repeated requests..Pathetic

@airtelindia Been facing an issue with my broadband connection for the past 4 days and no resolution in sight. in spite of so many 'escalations'. 10 calls to customer care and nothing has changed. This is just bad service! How do I surrender my connection?
