What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

They promise for 24hours wifi fiber connection surety, thn come for process thn ask to hold 24houre more, thn dnt receive calls, installing don't response us,when thy come to install thn again make us to wait for 24hours thn again no response! It's 1 week with issue @airtelindia

@JioCare Any tentative timeline, this can be fixed? Having a postpaid connection and not having a signal is a bit of a pain. Will move to @airtelindia or @ViCustomerCare if no action taken in the next few weeks. Thanks :)
