What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

@airtelindia Worst experience. Internet is always slow. Cannot even watch low quality videos on YouTube. Every other day engineer comes fix something and takes happy code and leave. Next day same problem. Very bad service.i would not recommend anyone for this. Pathetic service.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Its not even been 7 days since last disconnection and again the same disconnection happened. I am literally fed up of the type of service xstream fibre is providing. 5 disconnection in less than 50 days, refund my money I will move some where else
