    What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

    @airtelindia I have 2 airtel sim card both are running. But till now airtel can't provide me/us 5g speed network. So I request to airtel kindly provide us 5g network coverage as soon as possible. Pin - 782446

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence : It's been more than 3 weeks since the Airtel network is not working in my area. I have raised two service requests( C4GSP3WST202209782057 and. CAGPS3WST20221001626697 ), no feedback. Also no improvement in network issues.

    @vijayshekhar @airtelindia Perhaps if mobile services will delete old junk 2G 3G n question is how airtel or all mobile service providers are cheating public by selling 4G and still servicing 2G or 3G or 0G and now 5G will become next fleecing in the name of tech .     The customer care number 121 doesn't work from international locations... 🤦. The website opens in the app and the app says I already am on a pack and gives me no option for extension. Your DM is unresponsive... What should I do? This sucks! @airtelindia ,#CustomerService (n/n)

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i am unable to use internet and your csr told"i consumed all data" that's why unable to use internet. 1-i never received any msg regarding 100% data consumption.2- I am having unlimited data. 3- i recharged for extra data but still not activated.

    @airtelindia I visited 2 countries (US & Turkey) last 5 weeks with AirTel international roaming. The calling and data was very patchy - did not even work for me for days. Called CS at least 10 time with no resolution. I see a bill of 21k ₹ for the period. 😱😱 How do I escalate?

    @airtelindia @airtelnews There is problem in converting to esim After email id registered nd send msg in reply shows email id is not registered I also visited airtel service centre they said to convert sim to postpaid

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Worst experience so far. Worst network, worst services. They take 45 days to refund and don't have anywhere mentioned this policy. When asked in writing, they won't provide that too. @jagograhakjago
