What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

@Airtel_Presence I have paid money to get a new broadband connection on August 15. On August 16 a technician came and said that due to some issue we can't install a connection in my place. He said he is cancelling my request and the amount will be refunded. @airtelindia

Apparently in 2022 one should not expect a mobile service company to have decent mobile network n coverage in capital region. One should just have wifi and use that for making calls. Like really @airtelindia thats ur excuse for poor network & call drops?
