  What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

  @airtelindia Hello I do a 699 recharge on my number, the amazom prime subscription gets activated on another @jio jio number.I have my amazon logged in with my correct airtel number. Please help. Already contacted customer care but no help received

  Hi @airtelindia There are very frequent 'no internet connection' issue with xStream broadband in Samastipur, Bihar. I got this connection ~7 months ago and have already raised multiple requests. Please look into it asap. Otherwise I'll have to shift to @reliancejio @JioCare

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia one of the major diff I have experncd after moving from Vodafone @ViCustomerCare is the cust srvc. You nvr respnd timely for issues irrespective of criticality. #poorcustomerservice #airtel :(
