What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

@airtelindia its around 20 days and after every 2 days, get a call that just confirm us you want to cancel but no one is cancelling and refund money, every next day keep telling me we are processing request. if you dont want to pay back just let me know @Airtel_Presence #airtel

2/2 Why block my sim and make me run around? I now find its the case with many others ... @airtelindia should find a better way of getting it's customers to redo their kyc. Not that their #CustomerService is good, but this process is too bad.
