What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

Hi @airtelindia, @airtelcare the issue is resolved by turning the sim on after turning it off. Could you please help me to provide any solution for the future reference (if you have any). P.S. :- Restart of phone doesn’t work. Thanks !
