What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

@airtelindia Thank you for reaching out to us. Your Service Req. No. CPUTD3CHN20230225650835 has already been raised, registered on 25-feb-2023 19:42. Problem is not resolved yet. 4G is not working properly.
