What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

Even the wifi by @RailTel went out in New year (and this is very frequent is you are reading, please improve service @RailTel ) But @airtelindia , can you make the network better, we literally have to go out of the house to even talk on call, the network isn't good

@airtelindia Your ivrs sucks, it gives option to talk to customer representative and 5 times reminds that your plan has expired but on pressing option to talk to customer care, the call is disconnectef always. Painful to stay with airtel.

@airtelnews I am an airtel customer with 9790042755. I have done a recharge with txn ID - 2012311037324.which was failed due to thanks app. In this regard why I should wait 7-10 working days for my money. This is completely u r mistake. @VittalGopal @airtelindia

hello @airtelindia i used my phone in night and slept then i woke up in the morning nd i saw my sim is closed ,i went to nearest airtel retailer he charged me 100 inr for a new sim card ,he said airtel shut down 4g sims without any reason. Is it true? I'm very unhappy. hpynewyear

Meanwhile @reliancejio announced free to call every operator which they were charging before.. Where as no one is appreciating @airtelindia who from starting only offering this facility of truly unlimited call on any network. I am thankful satisfied user of #airtel #loljio
