What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

Even after repeated calling and contacting customer service and area concerned person of @airtelindia Mr. Satish (8448195621) the issue has still not been rectified as of today. Due to your horrible and negligent customer service we are incurring huge issues each day.

Bad Experience with @airtelindia. Number not working. Calls/SMS (both incoming & outgoing) off. Customer Care calls also not going through. Automated IVR options DO NOT ADDRESS THE ISSUE. Agents not reponding on Chat. App Ticketings also not working. Help?! @Airtel_Presence
