What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

@greatbong @JioCare has the shittiest customer service, dont go for jio , my internet is down since 7 days and no action is being taken and no response,you can search for jio fiber in Twitter and you will see lots of complaints regarding the same. @airtelindia has better broadband service

@airtelindia @airtelindia Very poor service. They r playing as service engineer ll resolve & the bloody IVR always say it ll be resolved in 3hrs. When the cut off time is passed again it ll be 3-4hrs will added sutomaticakky From past three it is the same drama.

@airtelindia No 4G network from last 7days in Mumbai parel area. Inspite of complaining no resolution provided. Worst possible service of airtel in metro city, leave your self proclaiming ads of full network at less inhabited areas.
