    What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

    @airtelindia I have 2 airtel sim card both are running. But till now airtel can't provide me/us 5g speed network. So I request to airtel kindly provide us 5g network coverage as soon as possible. Pin - 782446

    Hello @airtelindia I booked the wifi on 21 April, agent number was +91 8139985574, till now nobody is responding. I called the team lead Priyanka also, all are so careless. Still i didn't get any service from Airtel. Such a worst experience. Worst customer support.#airtel

    8 days without Airtel DTH service and still no resolution even after repeated complaints. Extremely disappointed with the poor customer support and lack of accountability from @Airtel_Presence. @airtelindia Customers are being ignored completely.     @airtelindia You have. Third class customer care service.I have reached the service for 9886261232 still not activated after 3 hrs and automated service is a worst service u. An imagine.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia without any intimation hw my wifi plan has chngd...already called CC there don't knw hw it got upgraded...they told me will get a cal from billing dept...there is also same issue....I don't want any upgrade in my plan make it as what I hv opted

    Worst service provider = Airtel India Wifi services down since 2 days Coordination between engineer and airtel is too weak. #AirtelDown #WifiDown @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence They only respond on social media but not on ground level. They don't know how to resolve complaints.

    Extremely disappointed with Airtel Fibre service. WiFi has been down for more than 30 hours and still no resolution. Repeated assurances, but no actual support or technician visit. This is highly unprofessional. Resolve this ASAP @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews 3rd time in 3 weeks since installation that I have a wifi issue. Customer service can't help, your on ground people can't help, routers changed, boxes changed, no one coming for help

    @airtelindia the internet would completely stop working. Imagine paying premium prices in 2026 and still not being able to use internet during a call like it’s the stone age. I went to the local Airtel customer care office to complain.

    Extremely disappointing service. A duplicate recharge was successfully paid, but the second recharge still hasn’t auto-activated even after plan expiry. Airtel Transaction ID & Posting ID: 162732541. Please stop ignoring the issue and resolve it immediately. @airtelindia
