What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The mobile Internet in my area is too slow from three 5 days. There is no way to talk to customer service. I have raised ticket but expected solution date sep 12th, till then what we need to do. Please resolve this issue immediately.
