What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am a resident of UP and was working in Maharashtra. I moved to USA and broke my Airtel SIM card. Now I reached Airtel store for duplicate SIM but they said they could not do anything as the SIM circle is MH. Is there any way Airtel can help please.
