What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

@airtelindia seriously long 3months service request..no solution till now..very poor network... I guess you have to shutdown now...only bill we are paying..but your internet and calling is pathetic...
