What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

How does one get in touch with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence? I’ve called every possible helpline and have not been able to get in touch with an rep. @Airtel_Presence what am I supposed to do to get help? Really ridiculous that I’ve spent over two hours trying to get an answer

@airtelindia This was super hilarious. The Airtel call center upon seeking help on network advised me to call after 4 hours & check with them if their system to log a service request is up, so that they can register my complaint. My team not able make calls or receive calls.
