What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

I was stupid to do another 3 month recharge instead I should have ported my number to @airtelindia or @vodafonein1 . I thought my internet speed was slow because my data pack is expiring but I was wrong. They provide 2G network for the price of 4G.

@airtelindia My MNP request to Airtel was processed and my new Airtel sim should be active by now as per SMS confirmation. But it's not. Network on my previous sim was already stopped. You have a worst CC IVRS system which will never route us to your staff. I need support now.
