What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

Worst Customer Experience @airtelindia Even after 20days, new DTH connection hasn't been installed. The customer care has been completely useless & DO NOT CARE for customer satisfaction. Installation in 24hrs was promised. Tired of writing mails and calling Customer care daily.
