What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

halo @airtelindia you said 10:30 u will attend to my complaint. Now an update- engineer wil not visit but issue will be resolved by 2:30pm. And if goes beyond how will u compensate this one day of no-services at our end. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
