What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

@RajeshC46717121 @airtelindia Do not use their service. It's better to switch to JIO. They are not concerned about their customer. They are just taking care of ads & promotions "baaki customer jaaye bhaad me." I am following since yesterday for line shifting but no one is turning up. Worst support.

I have @reliancejio fiber but unable to send even text msg.Too slow internet speed. No benefit of C. care and mails to them. I am feeling forced to switch to @airtelindia. Jio convinced to get fiber for enhanced speed but now unable to text with 4G.
