What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

@airtelindia @airtelindia it was fine when I switched jio to airtel . Now it became a **** . data is like 2 g speed I am back in 2000. Sucks

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Guys been struggling to get my SIM not working issue sorted out for the last two days. It is prepaid and paid for an year. Other operator SIM works when swapped - so nothing wrong with the phone. WTH I am supposed to do?

@airtelindia pls fix your billing. Everytime I pay my mobile bill and landline bill it reduces payment amount. Then another bill is generated. Hav paid twice n amount is still pending for same month! Not gonna pay penalty for ur issues
