    What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!

    from last few months every weekend there is a wifi outage why And today the wifi is down for more than 15 hours and im not sure when it will be back Kindly reimburse the amount till the wifi is restored @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    You charge customers a penalty for late bill payments. But when your service is delayed, deadlines keep getting extended, and customers are left without internet for days, what’s your penalty? Why is accountability only for customers? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Please we request airtel customer care to look after this issue because we have been complaining for a while the network of the wifi is negligible . At this point we will have to change the wifi network. Solve the problem asap @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate @JioCare

    @airtelindia what's the meaning of 5G network when you have no network at all? It's quite frustrating. There is no network at all and even trying to your customer service I have left with no help at all.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The ₹219 refund was processed. Later I tried claiming the Netflix benefit included with the ₹1729 plan. It never worked. I called customer care and was told it was just a "technical issue" and to wait.

    @airtelindia three messages received first at 11:06AM second at 6:07 PM third at 8:27 PM but none of them called me or visited for resolving my service request inhad called both of them lots of time but no one answered my call

    @JioCare your internet connection doesn't seem to be very much around the area of Saravanampatti, Coimbatore. I primarily stay there. There's network usage needed. Do something or I might have to switch to @airtelindia
