    @airtelindia I can’t go through this hassle everyday of mailing ample number of requests to customer support mail ids or your automated machines sitting on customer care numbers or those chat bots. It’s been 11 days for god’s sake. Your customer support is the shittiest.

    @airtelindia such a pathetic service when a customer want to clear his pending bills.... No one is responding from customer service. Give me mail id to send call recordings... Tremendous customer service I have ever seen....

    @PhonePe @airtelindia @_sameernigam Today I had a very bad experience. I accessed Phonepay to recharge my mobile and unfortunately choose my previous operator( Airtel Pre) by mistake. Ideally app should have restricted but Transaction got success and money got deducted. 1/2
