    Most ridiculous customer support is that of @airtelindia. My office internet is down since Saturday evening and i have been chasing & calling without any solution. Can't you have a team to look into issues in a proficient way.? My office work is standstill for third day in a row.

    I am at Gurgaon galaria @airtelindia store ...its 10.44 am and they have only one representative at the store and I can see 20 customer waiting in the que ... waiting time is 40 to 60 minutes , its a harassment @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Its been more than 3 days, constantly waiting for engineer allocation, however there's no response from airtel Fibre team Udaipur. The support team sucks. You need money instantly, but when in comes to services you guys mess up.#airtel #airtelthanks

    Hey @airtelindia, I’ve called, emailed and walked into your store for help remove a no from my #AirtelThanks app which is no longer in my name. Now I see someone else’s bill and due date alerts. I’d be horrified at such invasion of privacy if it was my number. @Airtel_Presence
