@airtelindia BEWARE BEWARE !!! #AIRTEL is illegally deducting money from PrePaid Senior Customer's account (when NO DATA PLAN is activated) which REFLECTS that they have fallen to such LOW STANDARDS. This is unethical and unlawful. Need stringent action to be adopted....

2 days, No broadband, internet down. @Airtel_Presence service is not helping much. The folks work on ground do not turn up on time, disconnect calls. It's a treasure hunt to talk to customer care after raising a complaint. I'm truly paying for it @airtelindia

I would request the Chairman of @airtelindia, Mr.Sunil Bharti Miital to abolish the @airtelindia service team immediately. This is a most useless service provider I have ever seen in my life. Leave the service, they give you misinformation,cheat you and give you fake promises.
