Network will come for 1 day and for next two days , total blank, no network . Not even 2g, can't even make a call. If you don't want me to port to @airtelindia pls help asap.

I am paying for an unlimited plan and receiving ZERO service. This is a clear violation of TRAI guidelines on promised network quality.1/2

Ashish Verma (@ashu_d_great) reported@airtelindia Last evening around 9pm one of my neighbour got her phone snatched and there was no way we could get the sim blocked even after 10 calls on 121, 198 and other so called customer care numbers. Worst part was the waste of precious time in listening to IVR menu. Shame!!
