Network will come for 1 day and for next two days , total blank, no network . Not even 2g, can't even make a call. If you don't want me to port to @airtelindia pls help asap.

Do you even have a system to rectify it once and for all. This is 2nd time in less than a weeks time. Last time it to 3 days to sort out.

ARVIND BAKSHI (@arvindbakshi) reportedI had raised request on May 8th to cancel @airtelindia fiber broadband and refund the balance amount. Customer care team closed the ticket without doing any of these. Raised the same request with @airtelindia DTH team , they completed the request in 2 days. Fiber team is bad.
