    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence never opt for airtel. They are looting us. Their official site is showing an amount and when customers are visiting to their store something else they are charging. Very bad service.

    @airtelindia bought a new dth connection.I used three months than more,Now my tv is under repairing.but distributor called me and said you compulsory use it six months.if you are not recharge dth.your setup box will be permanently stopped. it's true ?please help me

    @airtelindia , here in location pin:760003 the internet connectivity is pretty bad now although it was working fine few days back, but for last 4-5 days it is become worse. So could you please check this.

    My Airtel No 9861676142 is a 4G upgraded and also used Volte services. But now showing 4G not getting Volte as I have already enabled in my handset. Please solve this problem.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    If Airtel wanna start some partiality between postpaid and prepaid user i ll definitely switch the network bcz aftr premium launch 🚀 i feel my Airtel speed decreased last 1year I switched @reliancejio to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence due to its speed so all costumer is important

    @airtelindia worst DTH service provider having bogus customer care provider in India. Can you tell me resolution of req. no. 89627652 which is resolved as per your sms but none of ur executive is able to tell me the solution provided. Also no. 89680013 is pending 4 3days. TV OFF

    @Airtel_Presence No need to DM you.When I asked the local operator about the problem then they said we will not inform the customer what's the issue. So if we will not know what's the issue and why the internet is too slow. Then why should we use airtel? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It seems like there was rejection due to some verification issue, although aadhar card of both transferee and transferer were submitted and overlooked by the backend verification team. I wanted to escalate the issue and want this to happen within 2 days.

The deciding factor is not technology, not infrastructure, not even fairness. It is the size of your monthly bill. The most dangerous part is not the policy itself, it is the precedent. Once a tiered internet gets normalised in India, every telecom in the market will follow the playbook. First speed will be sold, then app access, then connectivity itself. The open internet that built digital India will disappear quietly, one corporate announcement at a time. Public spectrum is being sliced by wallet size, and the regulator has not said a word. .@Dot_India @JM_Scindia silence is not neutrality, it is complicity.
