Hi @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia @airtelnews I was recharge of 79 rs and balance showing 64 rs in my acount but sms not send again I have recharge of 10 rs and gating balance of 7 rs but still unable to send text sms, pls support to resolve issue.

All the telecom companies increases there recharge cost and internet charges but still not improve the service, while using internet it work very bad even not able see the what's status or unable to search anything on google. @airtelindia , @reliancejio @TRAI

@excitel_rocks pathetic service in lucknow... If you can't manage stop the company and sell sim cards... @reliancejio @airtelindia ... Excitel really made my work harder even with 150mbps speed connection because every 2nd day thier net goes and I have to stay in call for hours
