Hi @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia @airtelnews I was recharge of 79 rs and balance showing 64 rs in my acount but sms not send again I have recharge of 10 rs and gating balance of 7 rs but still unable to send text sms, pls support to resolve issue.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence this is so sad to inform you that your costomer care personal Asmita or Smita Chavhan from Pune center is do good that she don't have any ethicate that how to talk to your costomer and she is so good in talking rudely and not solving my issues

Hi @airtelindia i have face call drop problem last year i have registered complaint many times but @Airtel_Presence not take serious just doing time pass with customer he always told i solve problem airtel care is make fool customer I suggest to all never take airtel service 🤬🤬

@airtelindia the most horrible network. I raised a SR yesterday for clarification regarding my bill charges (I am charged for international roaming when I haven't been out of India in last 2 mnths) and now without even a call you have closed my SR and asking for feedback. Losers
