Hi @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia @airtelnews I was recharge of 79 rs and balance showing 64 rs in my acount but sms not send again I have recharge of 10 rs and gating balance of 7 rs but still unable to send text sms, pls support to resolve issue.

@madan3 @airtelindia So we decided to switch from Airtel to other network. We are paying for the network but no response from the customer service also. We can't able work properly under this network. I don't understand why they such horrible to us although we pay for that @airtelindia

@airtelindia been over a week trying to get my broadband shifted from 1 city to another and there is no update. Today morning someone was supposed to come and install the broadband but after calling the customer care I get to know my request is auto canceled. #patheticservice

@madan3 From January till today the Airtel @airtelindia network is so worst and more worst than imagine. The network is very slow and most of the time even the image cannot be loaded by this network. My full area facing this issue around 30,000 people are there . No response from them
