Hi @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia @airtelnews I was recharge of 79 rs and balance showing 64 rs in my acount but sms not send again I have recharge of 10 rs and gating balance of 7 rs but still unable to send text sms, pls support to resolve issue.

@airtelindia very bad service.. have raised 5 complaints for relocation of the wifi but no action has been taken yet. Now I have shifted the flat, and still airtel people are saying 24-48 hrs. This quality of bad services was not expected from airtel.

Suddenly my airtel SIM stopped working. It shows mobile network not available. But other Airtel SIM is working. So I can say it's not network issue. I was about to receive important calls and messages on the number. @airtelindia Why this happened without any intimation either??

Hi, I am facing Extreme network issues with @airtelindia. More than half the time my phone is either not reachable or comes switched off. I have tried everything to get it fixed at my end. I want this problem to be addressed & fixed asap. This is really ridiculous at your end.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Now Its more than 26 hours, no solution has been provided yet and they asked to resolve in max 24 hours. Zero customer support, zero distributor support. Worst service than local internet providers.
