Hi @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia @airtelnews I was recharge of 79 rs and balance showing 64 rs in my acount but sms not send again I have recharge of 10 rs and gating balance of 7 rs but still unable to send text sms, pls support to resolve issue.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had also contacted customer care but ain't convinced with their solutions. There are asking me to buy a new sim card with same number. If this is the solution then i have to buy a new simcard every month..

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence after recharging for 365 days all of sudden 4G stop working and after raising complain tkt is pending from 4 days and when today went to Airtel store they are asking to replace sim by telling this is only solution and charging 50 Rs for duplicate sim
