Hi @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia @airtelnews I was recharge of 79 rs and balance showing 64 rs in my acount but sms not send again I have recharge of 10 rs and gating balance of 7 rs but still unable to send text sms, pls support to resolve issue.

@ViCustomerCare Ghatiya kism ki customer service hai do baar call kiya but dono baar koi solution nahi mila,na sahi signal strength hai aur na internet speed even sim exchange k liye apply bhi kiya but as expected from you dono baar cancelled to be honest @airtelindia is better.

@airtelindia is worse network now. I called the toll free number so they are just saying that we have technical issue. Always I need to listen this only. Seems that the company dont want their customer to be happy. @Airtel_Presence please tell how to port the company.

@airtelindia such pathetic application and response if it is for any service other than getting a new connection. Really unprofessional as not even scheduled call backs happen promptly. The app gets stuck when processing any service request. #broadband #unsatisfiedcustomer
