    Hi @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia @airtelnews I was recharge of 79 rs and balance showing 64 rs in my acount but sms not send again I have recharge of 10 rs and gating balance of 7 rs but still unable to send text sms, pls support to resolve issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence this is so sad to inform you that your costomer care personal Asmita or Smita Chavhan from Pune center is do good that she don't have any ethicate that how to talk to your costomer and she is so good in talking rudely and not solving my issues

    From two days, airtel 4g is not working, and only 2g is working, never had such bad experience with @airtelindia . We paid for uninterrupted 4G. I think it's time to move on from airtel.

    @airtelindia you are advertising on 📺 "no questions" sorry to say day by day airtel becoming worse telephone service provider In WB, NAIHATI Govinda Sen road we have not been using net in the evening i.e from 5 p.m to till morning.Only buffering is going on. CCO's are worthless

    Why @reliancejio @JioCare why?? I visited total 3 Jio Stores and they were not able to Convert Jio Physical SIM to eSIM. Don't know why you have this complicated process. Even, @airtelindia is letting their customer convert to eSIM by own and even no need to visit any store.

    Die @airtelindia die. Was asked to come back with original I card but had soft copies for a duplicate sim. 14kms return journey and a day of no service. Long live MNP & @DoT_India
