Hi @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia @airtelnews I was recharge of 79 rs and balance showing 64 rs in my acount but sms not send again I have recharge of 10 rs and gating balance of 7 rs but still unable to send text sms, pls support to resolve issue.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence this is so sad to inform you that your costomer care personal Asmita or Smita Chavhan from Pune center is do good that she don't have any ethicate that how to talk to your costomer and she is so good in talking rudely and not solving my issues

I am an @airtelindia user, today also visited jio store to port the numbers, unfortunately the store was closed. I have 4 airtel sim in my family i have to port all due to bad network & Very poor service. To get connect with a call from @airtelindia need to wait for 10 minits.

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I subscribed for the Airtel extreme fiber this month, while booking I was told that I can make changes to the subscribed plan. But now I can't change through the app. And also unable to access 24/7 support. Is this way of solving problems?
