    @airtelindia applied for your broadband. Paid the money. Got a msg for installation with a mobile number. The guy on the number says I don't do installation in your area. I will not come, it's not my problem. You and Airtel figure out. Sales guy stopped picking phone. Pathetic

    @airtelindia (1/2) Whether it's ₹33 for 2 GB, ₹22 for 1 GB, ₹100 for 5 GB, or any other data add-on, the internet never works properly. Only the data that comes with an unlimited recharge works well. Why is that?

    @airtelindia the internet connection is not working since last 4 days. The engineers has not been able to provide satisfactory solution. Have a look at the complaint with service request number 11035055064

    My @airtelindia Fiber broadband was down for ~48 hours and was restored only after countless follow-ups and repeated calls to customer support. Paying for a service that I couldn't use is unacceptable. I expect fair compensation—either bill adjustment or extension of my validity.
