  @airtelindia @excitel_rocks And that’s where all the trauma started. I subscribed to their mesh for better Internet at blackspots but as expected it’s not working, so I’ve returned it in September 2024. But to my surprise they kept billing for it for like 6 months. Multiple complaints raised, no resolution

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i bought international roaming 2998 pack but still cant make or receive calls. Your help on airtel app is pathetic.They couldn’t fix the issue despite wasting 3 hours chating ,refused to share email Ids of next level escalation. Can u look into pl?

  @Airtel_Presence Why not?? You didn't share any confidential info there? Maybe cos @airtelindia is ashamed to say in public that they still investigating after 18+ months??? Airtels priority is worth ****! Gimme a date by when I can expect a call from you guys.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We live in a village where the Airtel network goes down whenever there is a power cut for 4–5 hours due to no generator backup at the tower. Villagers are facing serious issues. Please resolve this urgently.
