@TanaysinghT Clearly a move which is not acceptable to customers. The hike is much more than expected and will have impact on the customers for sure. @airtelindia you should first improve service before going a BIG hike.

@airtelindia want minimum sms in rs 79 pack. If a company can't give minimum sms in their basic pack, it show that your main moto is money not customers worst pack from airtel
