    @airtelindia Broadband service has been down since Friday, concern was raised in customer care. Technical person says it will be completed by today daily for the past 3 days, yet nothing is solved. I can't use my mobile hotspot daily for 9-5 in my day to day work.

    I’ve had the worst of experience trying to get an #eSIM activated on @airtelindia - twice now they’ve issued a physical sim, I’ve done everything to convert and the physical sim gets deactivated while the eSIM doesn’t. Not to mention the huge time sync of going to an airtel…
