    Highly unethical behavior by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia! Field engineer 'Shubhash' deceitfully took OTP over call, falsely closed my router replacement ticket & raised an unauthorized shifting request without consent. Internet is totally down & he’s ignoring calls! Fix ASAP!

    @airtelindia Airtel network has been completely down in Aloosa, Bandipora, J&K for the past month. I recharged my number but couldn’t use the internet. Customer care misbehaved and even told me to “port out of Airtel.” Is this how you treat customers? Please fix the issue. #Adown

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Fire your team whoever is handling complaint resolution. A simple bill issue is not resolved and the issue resolution is being dragged from last 3 weeks. Already sent DM to you.Need resolution not new date and time for it.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Please fix this! I’m on a 5G Unlimited plan, but my daily 3GB data is being deducted even with 5G+ coverage, and data stops after 3GB. I recharged today (29 Aug) and haven’t even used 4GB, nor exhausted the 300GB 5G limit. Please resolve this.

    @airtelindia Today I tried received coupon at Croma store but not working. After that reach out to Airtel and Croma support team no one help, even coupon validity till 5th September. Not sure Airtel provided fake coupon

    @airtelindia Paid ₹831 for my FTTH bill after seeing the ₹100 discount shown on the bill. Now customer care says the discount is only available when paying via Airtel QR/Thanks app. This was NOT mentioned in my previous call. Please clarify and resolve.
