    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia agr dhang ki wifi service nhi skte ho toh band kr do na business, it's been 3 days my wifi is just blinking red and orange and every time I try to connect to customer care they say you guys are upgrading ur systems. Kindly look into it.

    @airtelindia I have booked Wi-Fi online, no update on installation. Unable to connect customer care, Want to cancel my booking and refund me ₹400 or install on priority today.

    @airtelindia Even the Airtel stores are not helping and are only asking me to contact Airtel customer care, while the calls are not getting connected. All my efforts to get this issue resolved have been helpless so far.

    @airtelindia no support for dth. 656345135 ticket open for 4 th day, no response. Pls disconnect and stop charging if you cannot support. Escalation channel is also useless
