Worst service by airtel. 4g speed goes upto 1.5 mbps where as using jio getting more than 10 mbps. What a difference. @airtelindia @reliancejio

@airtelnews Your network is very very very very poor in #Bihar every time I need to go upstairs to get 4g network even to make calls. Fort fixed it then go for 5G and whatever! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i never went ti terrace and did not know as well, the technician started trackng the wire from our duct amd found that it was connected to a @TataSky Dish. This is super surprising, he asked me if i know who installed the Dish, i didn’t know at all.

Please upgrade yours 4g services in westbengal,Alipurduar junction, chechakhata ,ghosh para area ... Very poor services and very very bad network we are faces many problems for this like online classes, work from etc.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
