    @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare I travelled to Rajasthan, for a day, Airtel having 4G/5G coverage whereas VI gives 4G+ coverage. But too much fluctuation with airtel network , whereas VI is constant.

    @TRAI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence They are also not replying. Just a dm for details and then no response. Airtel service se acha to BSNL hai. My biggest mistake was to go for airtel rather than #Jio

    @airtelindia i recharged with 249 pack and didnt get the corresponding 1gb data per day. Morovee there is absolutely no mechanism to talk to human customer service just bots. @DoT_India @TRAI are you unable to see how brands are shutting customer services in name of AI?

    Part1: Is this how AI will help us by cutting all options to talk to a human customer care executive @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ? I was having call dropping issues so the only solution airtel store has is issue a new sim (and charge Rs.50 stating that sim quality is not great)

    @Airtel_Presence I work from home, and your unresponsiveness toward the service disruption is causing significant problems. If expedite means that a customer has to wait for over 48 hours, then you are not serious about resolving the issue. There is a lot of talk, but no action. @airtelindia
