Airtel Broadband service has gone from poor to pathetic! As a platinum customer we are supposed to get vip service but an issue raised on 24th shows engineer visit of 29th. 5 days vip service. Amazing way of making fools of ppl. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews
