@airtelindia Really disappointing and pathetic customer care services. During these times when everyone is working from home, it takes around 2 days to actually put in complaint regarding internet connectivity and still no solution has been provided.

Airtel claims that they check every feedback that costumer sends. But I've been sending reports from last 4 months. yet they've not taken any actions required to do. In panjimar, the network is too poor and we repeatedly complainted but nothing done. @CMofKarnataka @airtelindia
