    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence An SR open since Aug 9 '2022 and the resolution still not in place. How long should a customer wait and why should I pay when basic service - Not able to use Mobile Data !!! Forget about 5G , first handle 4G customers.. more than a month !!!!

    @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia, Hi ! I am facing frequent broadband disconnections (since 1 month).I complained so many times,But there is no response from airtel.After 7 to 8 years using of airtel now I requested to disconnect permanently.The worst services.

    @airtelindia Hi I'm, using Airtel postpaid last 10 years regularly last more then five months I'm facing too much network issue in calling and data. I'm complaint to Airtel thanks app 13th of July but it's still in processing. Now they discount my services,I'm change company.

    @airtelindia You have the worst after sales service. I have been trying to get my fiber internet fixed at home in Jamshedpur but your local service team does not care about your customers and do not respond. Switching to Jio as soon as it becomes available in my area.

    for aiterl landlines to work on fiber connection each connection needs a modem? I have 4 airtel connections in my office and the executive has been annoying us to install 4 modems Y do I need that? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia please explain the logic Customer care doesn't work
