What a great ******* way to start this year without internet right @airtelindia. first 31st dec to 1 jan till 8Pm wifi was down and now again on 2nd jan wifi is down.

@Airtel_Presence I have been told that I will get a call back on 31st in the evening I didn't get any call. Later today when I talked airtel customer care they again told I will get a call in 4 hours. It's been 18 hours and not even a single call. Pathetic @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence visited sector 22 service centre chandigarh to get esim. They said your email is not updated, hence you need to convert your sim to postpaid. When I opposed this, they said it’ll take 15 working days to update your email. Your reps are openly lying.
