    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What's happening in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, for the past week? Either no network, or it comes & goes. Unable to call other than on @WhatsApp Even when the network's there, the speed is pathetic. Even at 3 am. We're jammed since all our phones are Airtel.

    @airtelindia I have an broadband connection Airtel Xstream Fiber/Fixedline ID 011101418430_dsl on which in facing frequent disconnection and extremely slow internet due to that I’m not able to do my work I have called your service person multiple times, your service centre is not doing much .

    Very pathetic service by @airtelindia. Automatically not receiving network in phone and no customer support is there over phone, have to visit physically at the Airtel store and they will change the sim which will take another 24hrs+ to activate. @MIB_India

    @AwanishSharan @airtelindia It's almost everywhere, the call quality, the internet, the service. 15 years of being a loyal customer, long list of complaints. Answer each n everytime is "Is asuvidha ke liye khed hai" Airtel, plz update yourself, Jio is doing far better !!

    Please do something. I'm not able to get my OTPs which is an urgent need. What should I do. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia help me out from this issues. Not able to receive my OTPs when I'm trying to file my IT returns. Not able to talk with your executive. Worst experience.
