    I am literally fed up with @airtelindia app I am unable to raise a service request or call customer service, when I call on 191 or 121 it gets disconnected in between. Now I know how @airtelindia claim to get less SRs because customer can't open SR WOW!!! 😡😡

    @airtelindia My broadband was down for 40 mins and back online. Thanks for that. But being largest internet provider in India and most of IT staff & school children connecting class thro online, 40 mins of downtime is not acceptable. Kndly explore options to provide seemless service in future

    @airtelindia what’s the use? your network in my home isn’t good, it’s breaks very often. My data breaks often too & honestly I am thinking of porting now. Increase your bandwidth in the first place 👎🏻
