    @airtelindia really pathetic service, a guy comes to fix my intermittent internet connection has messed up entire connection and not even answering call now. There should be some escalation matrix to report such folks, I am a long term airtel user and really not happy 😡

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Unacceptable network from Airtel in my office right in the middle of the Hyderabad. Calls drop constantly, data is unusable, and it’s directly disrupting my business operations. Not what you expect from a “premium” network. Fix this urgently.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, if this is the level of service you're going to provide, it would honestly be better to stop selling SIMs altogether. One complaint hasn't been resolved for 3 months straight. This is not service, it's negligence.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel Customer Support, I am writing to request for assistance regarding my recent transition from a prepaid connection to a postpaid plan. I had an active prepaid plan worth ₹3,500, which was valid for 365 days. At the time of switching to the postpaid connection, a significant portion of this plan was still unused. My understanding was that the remaining value or benefits of the prepaid plan would be adjusted or transferred to my new postpaid account. However, I would like confirmation on whether this transfer has been processed. If not, I kindly request you to initiate the transfer or provide an appropriate adjustment of the remaining prepaid balance into my postpaid plan.

    The issue was resolved after 5–6 hours, but within 24 hours my Wi-Fi went down again due to “maintenance.” This clearly shows the problem is recurring and not permanently fixed. none of my questions have been answered about reason, compansassion,fix @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    we used to trust @airtelindia, but now we can't talk with customer executive also, problems increasing no resolution. Worst 5G
