My Airtel broadband service not working since last 36 hours and every time I get a new resolution timeline. Why should I pay you, when every month atleast 2-4 days your service is down??     @ibharatsharma @BDUTT @airtelindia Hahaha , called multiple times to Airtel about Mobile network issues . Tickets are auto closed. . Hardly able to use Airtel network when outside but paying for it . Zero accountability and useless to call 121. Given up , shall port out soon.

    @airtelindia if you don't want to provide good service then shut down your company, have recharged on 15th December but could not spend even 500Mb from 15th December, internet is not working at all.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it’s now more than 5 days that you took advance rental for 6 months for a new broadband airtel Xtreme connection, promising an installation on same day. For 5 days nothing has been installed. Lousy service from Airtel. Feeling cheated!
