    @SUNDIRECTIndia Teach your customer care team to talk to customers politely … you guys suck at service,when customer try to connect via call your crm talk with so much frustration like offering free channel as we pay zero amount this is why other dth is famous @airtelindia

    Im getting commercial calls from @airtelindia Tried to stop this by calling customer care. They said there is no option to cancel this; forcefully made me to install app. Still they need 7 days time. Its better to beg in streets than earning like this

    It is absolutely insane to migrate me from my normal plan to Airtel one 1999/ plan without even activating the service and then raise bill for 1999+GST, how could you. @Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia

    @nistula @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Ditto... The "new" Fibre network is also quite useless and slow... I prefer using my mobile network over the WiFi in Airtel fibre

    @airtelindia: STOP FRAUD! Took @ZEE5Premium 1 month subscription via your app. Unable to cancel recurring purchase on app. Mailed Error screenshot, Called Customer Care, Getting standard replies with steps which I HAVE FOLLOWED 100 times, getting same error. CANCEL IMMEDIATELY.
