    @SUNDIRECTIndia Teach your customer care team to talk to customers politely … you guys suck at service,when customer try to connect via call your crm talk with so much frustration like offering free channel as we pay zero amount this is why other dth is famous @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Forget about 5G at-least there is not even 1point of airtel signal at my location. I have raised a complaint also in airtel app also but no response and they closed that request without any update also. Very Disgusting Services.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel,I was primarily an Airtel prepaid customer,then i switched to other network due to poor service,then after some month i changed it into Airtel postpaid, it's only 7-10days of joining Airtel postpaid,and I'm feeling regret to join Airtel postpaid bery poor

    @AirtelPresence, @airtelindia, Request My sim bearing no 9312995221 has recharge on.15/03.2023. 8:59 AM RS 455/- and another recharge 181/- dt.25/04 8:13 AM, But internet service not working, plz solved above issue as per soon with intimation. Regards Kusum Lata Chaudhary

    @airtelindia first I was waiting to convert my physical sim to e sim and now it's converted but there is no network in e sim ...now your customer support is saying you have to convert again in physical sim then they can rectify problem....wow..

    @airtelindia absolute disaster service. I have requested for a ca back from your technical support team for almost 10 days now. I have been promised a call within 24 hours 4 times so far. Are you serious of resolving this issue?

    @airtelindia I am not getting my daily quota of 2 gb data according to my current recharge pack. You don't respond on Airtel thanks app. When I tried calling your customer care on 121, my call wasn't connected saying I don't have sufficient balance. @TRAI please note
