    @airtelindia, I recently got airtel black and there is billing issue. I have followed up with the call center & also mailed them but it's been more than 1.5 weeks. No one seems to care and explain why additional amount has been charged. I feel like it was mistake getting black.

    So much for #AirtelCares - where is the care when @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia can’t even be bothered to respond to plea for help! Issues caused by their system. SIM deactivated without reason. Amazing customer service.

    @airtelindia The technician then said, You have 5ghz why do you need 2.4ghz. What is this question? When we said our tv needs 2.4ghz like a lot of TVs! He said, nai sir 5Ghz ke are hai. We were then promised an “update” which we never got —continued
