    @SUNDIRECTIndia Teach your customer care team to talk to customers politely … you guys suck at service,when customer try to connect via call your crm talk with so much frustration like offering free channel as we pay zero amount this is why other dth is famous @airtelindia

    @DoT_India @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It is the second time in a row this week again that your internet WiFi services are down. Last month I lost ₹1500 because of your issues and you never repaid that back and this month again I have already lost ₹3000 because of that.

    @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago i want to deactivate my subscription but @airtelindia is not helping me out. They are not calling me or not cancel it from there side. I will no pay any amount from now i have paid an earlier bill without using it.

    Applied for Postpaid to Prepaid migration for my number on 30th May. Deadline given was 1st June, 12:50 PM. It’s past the time and still NOT DONE! Customer care is just wasting time with no resolution. Resolve this ASAP! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

    @airtelindia I was charged excess 1000 even when i had international roaming plan active. When checked the details in the bill the number if minutes charged extra does not match with details. None of your agents are able to help me with details and the service request raised gets resolved

    This is ridiculous @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! First, you missed the June 1st, 12:50 PM deadline for my Postpaid to Prepaid migration. Now, after being on a customer care call for 28 mins 45 secs, I am told to wait another hour! Stop wasting my time and resolve this immediatel
