    @SUNDIRECTIndia Teach your customer care team to talk to customers politely … you guys suck at service,when customer try to connect via call your crm talk with so much frustration like offering free channel as we pay zero amount this is why other dth is famous @airtelindia

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been requesting for a SIM SWAP for one of our phones since yesterday. Have done it all. Visited Store, Submitted docs, Enterprise Hub not working for me, BEEN DMing here too since yesterday. AIRTEL, you were better than this !

    @airtelindia i faced problem from so many time regarding net speed from 19-6-21 to now days and contact with customers 2,3times but no help o lost my almost 50gb who is responsible for this plz yell me other wise i will port my simcard or cheak this and resolve fastly

    Been an @airtelindia mobile customer for a decade. Got a promotional email from them on broadband plans. Unfortunately both the sales website and the app are not working. If @airtelindia cannot even setup a proper sales channel, what confidence can we have in their service?
