  @mv_praneeth @airtelindia Yeah a small network OTA update has to be released by the OEM, that the case even with iphones as of now and Motorola phones. Many Samsung phones got the update just today a few hrs ago in India.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have shared all what you needed, but still the case is not resolved. It has passed 72+ hrs but still u have not done anything to solve the issue. Pathetic customer service.
