  @airtelindia Such was waste network Airtel is. I have balance and money in the Pre-paid sim but the customer care said you have to recharge with the unlimited pack to send any msg. Msg service will be only for Unlimited pack customers. What the Hell is this??

  @airtelindia Complaint id 134205988. Raised this on 19th July, and the issue is not resolved till date. Everytime the airtel customer care says it will be resolved in a day. Please look on this issue urgently. I am frustrated with the service being a customer of Airtel for past 10 years.

  @airtelindia Even after sending location details and all the respective details through DM still AIRTEL TEAM IS FAILED TO solve the problem and they still trying to pacifying me that my problem will be solved soon how soon its almost a month ago i raised my complaint.
