    @JioCare maximum times jio tower not working,slow n low speed.we are thanks to jio given bad services. We are port in tomorrow to @airtelindia and @ViCustomerCare .these are given better n better services in my location.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your complaint service is not working. I am trying to register the complaint of call drops and network loss for so long but no one is responding to it. Called 198 but that too after entering all ivr number told me to wait for and then call dropped.👎

    @airtelindia worst customer care service. I checked for postpaid upgradation on its app but it instantly upgraded it but lost my prepaid data etc is made zero? Rs 666 recharge is zero and 198 customer care or app don't have any way to resolve it. Calling 198 waste of time @TRAI
