    On #airtelthanks app, @airtelindia offer a service to deliver the prepaid sim the doorstep & confirm KYC there, no need to visit the dealer or store. I applied on Sunday, Aug 01, '21. Now @Airtel_Presence sends me links saying visit the nearest store. Stop fooling customers.

    @airtelindia @DoT_India I'm in Belgium, for a day network was available and now there's no network. When checked with Airtel ofc at Vijayapura , Karnataka. The staff is behaving rudely and saying come back to India and get new Sim. Is this how you treat the 12year loyal customer

    @airtelindia the connection is regularly disrupted,have to raise a complain every week to get the issue resolved. When can we expect smooth internet without hassels????? Service pathetic. Have four different connection may have to surrender all if not resolved.

    @airtelindia I am a Platinum customer of airtel .of late I have been facing network problem at my home location and despite repeated escalation n site visit by your officials no redressal is in sight . I would be constrained to port out enbloc with all my numbers if not resolved
