    @airtelindia @AirtelPresence Very disappointed by airtel service😠 😡. From last 1 day the wifi is not working. No proper service from customer care. No sms intimation about the problem. No Support. No service person in area very bad service.

    @airtelindia poor services at Tilaknagar /janakpuri Delhi airtel store. Customers with no known contacts are made to wait in queue, those with contacts are attended out of turn without queue. Waiting for one hour saw 4 persons attended out of turn

    @ThatNaimish @airtelindia They not even replying ! Which makes me think in future if company frauds you ? How would you get justice ? This with humans as customer care ! But when everything would be robo/algorithmic care ? Have all go to court for justice that takes never ending time to process d matter

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i was on call with Isha, Airtel proudly say that they respect their customers. Where as this female disconnected the call and another agent kept me on hold to transfer to the supervisor she never transferred. Is this is how ******* they respect cost.

    @Airtel_Presence Even though it is saying excellent network,I don't get the signal at my office in the basement whereas all other networks catches perfectly & I am complaining this problem for more than 6 months and all my tickets are resolved without solving the problem @airtelindia @airtelnews
