    @Airtel_Presence Thanks. The issue has been resolved after a complaint was lodged from another landline number. @airtelindia should provide access to an executive when a complaint has to be lodged.

    My Airtel xstream fiber 075922090489_dsl is not working from yesterday. On contacting call centre they are informing issue will be resolved in till 3:58. called 5 times to customer care but every time same reply recieved. Pathetic services by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .

    @airtelindia I'm disgusted with the service you are providing and the false claim of resolving problems fast. It has been 3 days now and my broadband is not working . I contacted you technician several times and still nothing has been done.

    @Airtel_Presence Worst customer service from @airtelindia. My default IVR language is changed to Tamil that I don't understand. I do not get any option to change it at start of the call.
