  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this why your losing your customers resolution time is 24hrs where jio provided with 1 to 2 hrs for simple issue also you are taking too long. Very bad at service. My wifi is coming up and down

  @airtelindia Very disappointed. I req to disconnet my wifi on 26 Feb and was clearly told billing would stop. Despite that, my request was closed without consent and billing continued. Multiple 30-minute calls, no resolution. This is unfair billing and poor service. Please resolve immediately
