    Numerous tweets but nothing happening @Airtel_Presence I am facing a severe patchy coverage and data drops in Tathawade, Pune . Very poor signal strength. Please fix this on priority. @airtelindia already provided mobile nos in DMs

    @reliancejio is nightmare for users.Since more than a month my whole village is facing network issue,call drop .despite regular complaint no action taken.@JioCare is worst helpline support ,.We are planing for mass porting of sim and closeing of air fibre .help @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - Will there by any resolution on this ? Its been 36 hours since there is internet shutdown. No support from app, customer care. Poonam - You asked me to wait for 4 hours yesterday. As of now wifi is still down. Can you please let me the status ?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel's service has become terrible; its network has major issues. Samastipur, Bihar Ward Number 7 Bisanpur bathua Pin code 848115 I request Airtel to send their engineer to this location to check their tower.

    Very disappointing service from @airtelindia. My BB down since 11 July. Despite repeated complaints, CC keeps saying the outage is resolved & an engg will visit soon. Today is 15 July & no Engg assigned yet. Keeping customers waiting for days without support is unacceptable.

    @airtelindia can you guys help me out it’s almost more than a month since my Internet is off I kept complaining for more than 20 times and no one came for repair.The sad part is they’re calling me up for payment.Why should I pay when I didn’t even use internet ? Poor service

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very disappointed by Airtel network. service quality is getting worse day by day. Today, the network was down for almost 6 hours, causing major inconvenience. Customers deserve better reliability and service.
