@airtelindia I happen to be an airtel black customer for many a months. Rchg ur cust service is nxt to impossible even though you guys claim call back option which never happens, chat options are non intuitive, 121@airtel is responsive but don't hv any clue to ctmr problems.

@airtelindia pathetic and disgusting service. I have paid for installation of a new broadband connection in the Tollichowki area of Hyderabad. It's been 10 days but the connection is not setup yet. This is when the fiber line is available in front of my house.

@airtelindia Strangely Airtel decides to magically stop my postpaid sim which I have using for over 6 years. My payments r up-to-date. In Airtel app sim is shown activated but more than 24hrs no network has come. No option to call customer support team. Horrific @Airtel_Presence

(3/3)only to bump down to Edge (E) connection (or 3G), decreasing the capability of my phone to serve as a hotspot.... I do not think this is the value @airtelindia wants to showcase it's customers. Please resolve my issue asap.
