    @airtelindia Shifting Request is pending for the last 7 Days. Your service engineers are not picking up the call. The sales team is suggesting getting a new connection. Is this a new strategy to increase revenue or just incompetence of the team

    @airtelbank @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence URGENT: Fraud Alert. Received call from +918064345706 claiming to be Airtel re: card courier. When I refused, they threatened to disconnect my service. My SIM is now inactive (SIM-swap fraud suspected)

    Once again 1rs has been taken away from my main account balance by @airtelindia . I haven't done any messaging or int calls. This kind of robbery is happening again and again. Even after complaining for nearly 4 times no steps has been taken by @Airtel_Presence to stop this issue

    Dear @airtelindia, This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I booked an Airtel WiFi shifting request for 3rd July. An engineer called in the morning asking for my location, which I shared at 10:41 AM. After that, he went completely silent.

    @scribe9104 @airtelindia Anupam ji , I have been in corporate life for my full career. The changes which I am now observing that the service department of most of the Indian companies are not up to the mark. Most of them have an automated system for receiving complaints which is really painful.
