    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Just received a message from Airtel saying that the service request I raised on the 9th will be resolved by the evening of the 17th in Delhi city. It’s hard to imagine what customers in other parts of the country must be going through.

    Ordered IPTV from @airtelindia for my Airtel Black account (Request ID: C81C1GUU1U) & made the payment, but an agent fraudulently converted it to a Dish TV connection without my consent! Floor manager admitted the error on call, but zero resolution given so far.

    @JioCare very pathetic customer service my wifi not working from last 3 days still no technician is assigned we try to reach out manually the one technician abused us and said I'm not coming to repair it now switching to @airtelindia cutting of all the connection in society

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your promised resolution time for ticket 658073581 was 10 Aug, 6 PM. The ETA has passed, but my IPTV-STB issue is still unresolved. Why give customers a committed timeline if Airtel won’t honour it? Please escalate and resolve this asap.
