    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hearty congrats for Q2 profit of 1+kCr. But when are you going to improve quality of service. I'm suffering since last 15months. But getting bot replies. Not seen any genuine concern, interest. Profit anyway coming. Why bother.
