    @airtelindia using airtel wifi for more than 6 years, have never faced this much issues till now. Its been more than one month for resolution of one simple issue. The incompetency of resolving this by the engineers and the customer support is the worst.

    @airtelindia Extremely frustrated with @Airtel_Presence! Ported from Jio expecting quality, but network is DEAD at my location—can’t even browse or call. Paying ₹2000/mo for Postpaid+Fiber for ZERO service. Complaints ignored. Fix in 24 hrs or I’m porting out! 🛑 #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia I paid for a new Airtel Xstream connection after being promised next-day installation. After the delay, I was told to wait 72 hours. I cancelled in writing, but Airtel now says it cannot cancel the order directly and may hold my refund for weeks.

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress What kind of Pathetic service your team is providing, have complained multiple times on your App, via Call, but none worked. If my issue isn’t resolved within 3-4 days, i will port my number.

    @airtelindia i went to charni road ( mumbai )AIRTEL STORE to port from jio to airtel But the manager over there misguide me to take post paid and then you can go to prepaid This the way you treat customer And misinform the customer

    Why the hell don't telecom companies provide a calling-only plan? the basic recharge, it's starting at ₹349. My papa stays at home. He doesn't need mobile internet. He hardly watches YouTube. All he needs is to keep his SIM active and call his friends and relatives. We already have Wi-Fi at home. He doesn't go outside much except to the farm. He doesn't need 2 GB/day, unlimited 5G, or SMS. I don't think he even uses 1 GB in 28 days. Still, every month I have to recharge ₹349 @reliancejio just to keep his number active and let him make calls. @JioCare and @airtelindia , why are you forcing people to pay for services they don't even use? What should I do? I only want to keep his SIM card active and let him make calls. I don't want to spend ₹350+ every month on data that will never be used. Is there any other option I'm missing? ₹349 may not look like much to some people, but if we're not using 90% of what's included, what's the point? There should be a simple and affordable calling-only and SMS plan, especially for senior citizens and people who don't use mobile data. Anyone else facing the same issue.

    Our Airtel Primary Line has been down for the last 15 days. Complaint SR No. 11035534874 was raised on 18 July, but there has been no resolution till date. Please also share RM contact detials @airtelindia #Airtel #CustomerSupport #BusinessConnectivity @airtelindia

    @TRAI Airtel does not allow blocking outgoing international calls. Has changed the dial tone. Often network issues. Receiving complaints that I'm not reachable. No longer gives info of missed calls numbers. Insists on use of its app. @airtelindia your service falling.
