    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia unable to change broadband plan. No response from your customer team. This is some poor service. Time to switch to Jio fibre.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Remove the illegitimate charges included in our bill as International Roaming daily pack, starting with the change of damaged SIM on 15-09-22 and now the outgoing service is curtailed, charges need to reduced proportionally in the bill from 05-11-22.

    @airtelindia it's just unbelievable the executive is talking so badly also said stupid to the customer. Got a call 4m +918125770753. I m 6yr customer and it's not my mistake that in new location u don't hav feasibility that too within 4km difference. Felt very bad d way treated.
