hey @jio #jio yesterday my plan was about to end and you changed the caller tune to your own caller tune asking to recharge your phone... I recharged my phone now.... but where is the signal?? ps: I am using my friend hotspot to tweet this who use @airtelindia

@airtelindia - can we NOT escalate the call and talk to supervisor if your first rep is unable to understand or help! I was just speaking to a rep named Rakshit who refused to transfer the call to supervisor and then abruptly transferred to call to someone else.
