    Most ridiculous customer support is that of @airtelindia. My office internet is down since Saturday evening and i have been chasing & calling without any solution. Can't you have a team to look into issues in a proficient way.? My office work is standstill for third day in a row.

    I am at Gurgaon galaria @airtelindia store ...its 10.44 am and they have only one representative at the store and I can see 20 customer waiting in the que ... waiting time is 40 to 60 minutes , its a harassment @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Its been more than 3 days, constantly waiting for engineer allocation, however there's no response from airtel Fibre team Udaipur. The support team sucks. You need money instantly, but when in comes to services you guys mess up.#airtel #airtelthanks

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence net is not functional past 3 days and after so many calls and escalations, still not working. Do you really care about customers and who is going to compensate my days i couldn't work. Airtel not accepted such behavior 😒
