    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews this is 3rd tweet. Ticket ID 31-3801838623313. Reg bill Dispute. Initially got call and said ticket will be updated and again will get a call for resolution. Till now no calls. Are you people ready to support?

    I called again and got the issue reopened which again was closed on 7/21,without any resolution.After this wonderful customer service, i had to visit an @airtelindia store for the issue.The executive there asked me to get the sim changed as there was an issue with the sim card.

    @airtelindia can advertise their network has poorest coverage and speed in market and it is under 2G not 4G. Worst network gonna soon switch to other networks..... #Bipin_Rawat
