    @Airtel_Presence Have a airtel broad band connection for nearly 3 years and worst outage always, no support no response for mails and no deadline to fix the issue. So disappointed with the services and looking for some other alternatives now. #airtel @airtelCOMPLAIN @airtelindia

    Dear Airtel, From 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM, then 2:30 AM 2:30pm now again 8:30 PM only new promises, no solution. Customer support is unreachable and IVR keeps repeating the same message. Fix the issue immediately or I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Commission. @airtelindia

    @AirtelIndia @Airtel_Presence It's been 48+ hours and I still have NO internet at my home in Hoskote, Bangalore! 😤 BESCOM removed the pole your cables were running on. Your team said someone will come to install a "black box" — NOBODY has come. I had to take 2 days leave from office because of this. Complaint raised. Automated response received. ZERO action taken.
