    @airtelindia The technician came! After rigorous followup.He billed me rs.3150 for amplifier charges citing weak cable,never an issue in the last few years.Every flat in my complex has an amplifier or is it a compensation scheme for your service provider?Is it under warranty?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve already shared all the details in DM. This isn’t a minor inconvenience anymore the slow internet is seriously hampering our office productivity and disrupting work. We’re paying for a 300 Mbps plan, yet struggling with basic connectivity and upload speeds.

    @airtelindia @TRAI @lahotiak sir i used airtel prepaid sim and always recharge 5g unlimited now 4 days to ago network showing 4g and we do switch off , flight mode , network setting, mobile updates but now no solution and i call to costumer care she told sorry and port to other

    @airtelindia your customer service is the worst! I had applied for a duplicate sim as my current sim has suddenly stopped working and the local airtel office says I need to apply for it from the region/state where the sim belongs. When searched on internet, I found no such rule.
